We had dinner at Yellowtail before our Cirque de Soleil show at the Bellagio. It was delicious, but if you plan on leaving full and happy get ready to make a pretty big dent in your wallet. The plates are small, and they encourage you to get at least 4 plates for a group of two. Everything we had was... More

This was one of the better restaurants we ate at during our trip last month, with Mon Ami and Tao ranking as the worst. My husband and I went to Yellowtail, and two days later we took my son and daughter-in-law. Both times we received excellent service. The food was great, and my husband loved the short ribs. Portions are... More

Had a fantastic waiter, followed some of his recommendations - in particular the ahi tuna pizza appetizer...to die for!!! Split 4 different sushi orders between my husband and I and each were outstanding. Love the atmosphere too. Always crowded as well.

Highly disappointing! Overpriced, average sashimi & the worst tempura I've ever had, heavy deep fried overcooked Alaskan king crab that made me want to cry. What a waste of such fine produce. No love. No respect. Never again!

As a sushi lover I was looking forward to trying Yellowtail but was left with a bad taste in my mouth. The Good - the restaurant is located in the middle of the strip and the terrace has great views over the Bellagio fountains. The Bad - we made a reservation and were still waiting for our table 30 minutes... More

Had the tempura king crab a year ago and had it 2 days ago. Totally different. The one a few days ago was small and dry. would not go there again. The spicy tuna roll was very good but not worth the money. The view was spectacular , fountains. Not there for the view can get it for free from... More

Yellowtail is a staple must for dinner for us. As sashimi lovers there are very few restaurants that deliver consistently excellent, fresh, and delightful sashimi dishes consistently. The big Eye bluefin tuna pizza is to die for. It is very difficult to stop at one. We also had the protein roll which consists of all fish no rice-perfection. Their scallops... More
