Yellowtail is a staple must for dinner for us. As sashimi lovers there are very few restaurants that deliver consistently excellent, fresh, and delightful sashimi dishes consistently. The big Eye bluefin tuna pizza is to die for. It is very difficult to stop at one. We also had the protein roll which consists of all fish no rice-perfection. Their scallops... More

I went with a party of 12. We had two servers and they broke the bill down 3 ways so two couples could share a bill. They where very attentive and helpful, courteous and did not rush us. This was great as we spent a fare amount of time finishing drinks and socializing. Now the food. We all where most... More

This appears to be a place to observe beautiful people (or a least the staff members seemed to think they were beautiful) who are receiving attentive service, while you may be waiting for a water glass refill. Maybe they were good tippers. There are better choices in Bellagio and elsewhere on the strip for food and service. That being said,... More

This is one of those - you get what you pay fior restaurants I will admit, that Kumi at Mandalay Bay slightly topped it for on food, but if like me, you love the Bellagio, then there is nothing to complain about with this place Good food, good location, convenient - total indulgence

You can people watch or water show watch. After being seated, it took a while for anyone to show up at the table. The menu is quite extensive, but be warned that it is expensive! After placing our drink and food orders, the wait was substantial for both. The waitress never really bothered to stop to check on us. The... More

We were sat with a view of the Bellagio water show so was a nice dinner time highlight. The food was delicious we had a range of food and it was all great. Service was a bit poor, hard to get their attention and barely came over to us. But the food and entertainment outweighed that.

It was our first visit to Yellowtail and the food was amazing. Yes the prices are high but since we do not visit Vegas very often it was worth the money. The sashimi and sushi were very fresh. We will definitely go back.
