We ate at the bar food wasn't anything special we could have easily been at any American cuisine cafe. Service was good staff friendly. But nothing wow about it that would woo me back. When you're in Vegas you want wow!!

There was a wait to be seated but it was definitely worth the wait. The portion sizes were more than enough and even took some back to the room with us. The waitress was very nice and very helpful. The food was delicious and you really must try the frozen hot chocolate. Every time I go there, I get it.... More

I don't like writing negative reviews but this place earned one. Stopped in at 10pm after a show. In spite of many open tables we were told there was a 30 minute wait due to "reservations." The hostess was rude and the place had clutter on many unoccupied tables. We left and went across the street to the Sugar Factory... More

Great place to go, funky menus, burgers huge, we had to go back the second day so we could sample one of the renowned ice cream sundeas and the deep fried oreo Sundea was superb almost to die for.

Ugh, I hate a slow waitress, especially when there are very few patrons in the place. That's what happened to our party of 8. We waited forever for our food, then it came out one plate, then another a few minutes later, then another, because heavens only knows where our waitress was. We finally had to ask the manager to... My daughter and I came here during the day. We sat outside since there was no wait and all we wanted was a Frrrozen Hot Chocolate for two. This was my second visit and there isn't really anything special about this place besides the desserts.

Been to Vegas many times and never got to try this place until now. I also missed it in New York! The frozen chocolate was pretty yummy. I also had the beef tacos, they were delicious! However, the wait is super long! Service wasn't great at all, maybe it's because we were the last table they sat.

Headed here with my girls since we had several friends recommend their Frozen Hot Chocolate. We were hungry too so we ordered food first. I had the Chicken Alfredo which had no taste at all. Very bland. Burgers were just your basic burger. Nothing to rave about. Chicken strips appetizer was pretty good except a very small portion. The main... More

I wasn't overly impressed with this restaurant. I should include that my sisters really liked their dishes, but I thought it was overpriced and not very good.

We stopped at Serendipity for breakfast because we wanted to be on a patio. The plates were huge and the food very good. The service was attentive, with a good recommendation items on the menu, and things to check out on the strip. Nice location. Really good mimosa. A great place to have a long leisurely morning.
