I visited Serendipity 3 for the first time and went back a second time two days later. I had different flavors of frozen hot chocolate both days and they were both great. A lot of members in my group got fried chicken and waffles and it was amazing. I never had that meal before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Beware... More

Forbidden Broadway was the name of the ice cream sundae I got and it was so good! Chocolate and vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate cake, whipped cream...delicious! Cost $12 but enough for two. Used their to-go window and sat in the large tented area. Great place to put your feet up and refuel!

Thanks to the ads in Vegas I knew exactly what I was going there for but no ad could prepare me for the taste. :D Nice atmosphere but an unnecessary wait for tables that could be open for at least 5 minutes after you arrive. Friendly staff and cooks with high energy.

We went here for dessert specifically. Unbeknown to me, the portions were massive. People complain how expensive it is - yes, it is and it is well known how expensive it is, but its a fun atmosphere and it was great.

Lets me start by saying that I think its ridiculous that this place has the balls to charge $5 for coffee and $5 for iced tea... Nonetheless, I paid $35 for the Groupon which entitled me and a guest to receive 2 salads, 2 burgers, and a single frozen hot chocolate for $35. The way it works is that whatever... More

Huge portions! Share, share, share! Frozen hot chocolate is to die for! Ice cream cake is huge! We had 4 desserts between 6 people and still left a ton on the table after eating till totally stuffed!

Classic American quick bites as appetizers, burgers, salads and lots of sugary ice creams. This place is not a healthy option.

Went to buy a shake with my daughter at the outside portion and was directed inside to the bar area. Had to order it at the bar for to-go service. Ordered the shakes and was told to wait by the entrance door due to my daughter being underage. After 20 minutes I walked towards the bar only to find our... More

Stopped at the quick service counter for lunch and grabbed a salad. By far the worst salad I have ever had! I paid $10 for cabbage. The chicken was stale and tasted like chalk and was full of skin and fat. There were only 3 small pieces of chicken. That was the salad! I do NOT recommend this to anyone!!... More

We were traveling with two toddlers in Vegas while their mom was doing a trade show. We went to Serendipity 3 thinking it may be more family oriented and it is. Our server came quickly to take our orders, brought our drinks and food quickly with a friendly smile and then brought our bill quickly when we asked and needed... More
