Serendipity 3 is a super cute restaurant. The food was good. My biggest issue was that the entire place seemed really dirty. The tables were dirty, the outside seating area was dirty. The floors were dirty. The waiters tie was half undone. If they cleaned this place up, it would be a great place to go.

Was in Vegas with kids. Thought this restaurant would be perfect. The food is just mediocre. The value is very poor. For less money you can eat like a king at The Cheesecake Factory which is also at Ceasar's.

Took newbies to the restaurant for dessert. Each couple shared their own frozen hot chocolate and one sundae. Hot fudge is great. Even used to "glue" glass to plate. Sundaes are huge and delicious. Worst part is deciding which one to get. Can't wait to introduce my kids to the place in December.

I ate two lunches at Serendipity 3, both were good. It is more of a lower-cost family-friendly option than many of the restaurants in Caesar's Palace. I like that they have a take-out window so you can order and then go sit at a table in the outside area. Food was good, prices were good.

Do not order sweet potato fries. They taste chewy, get stuck in your teeth and feel almost stale? We asked for them to fix it, they brought back more of the same. Burger was just "ok". I'd go across the street to the sugar factory - the food is way better. The frozen hot chocolate was good though. Order one... More

Desserts were great, but the food was just alright. I would not come back to eat a meal, but I will definitely be back for dessert. The red velvet cake was so moist. I got the special with a burger and frozen hot chocolate. I really liked the frozen hot chocolate as well. The burger was nothing special. The service... More

Ate here a couple of times. Breakfast - french toast log. Desserts - frozen hot chocolate and fried oreo sundae. Everything was good; would visit again. Prices a little inflated, even for The Strip; over $13 for frozen hot chocolate. Really? I saw a few reviews panning the restrooms; I didn't consider the restrooms a part of the restaurant since... Greasy, fried/Diner fare and overpriced. Completely agree with the last reviewer regarding the restroom. I have seen cleaner restrooms at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. The "tunnel" location is completely cut off from public view and given the rabble who frequent the streets it's completely understandable why the other reviewer felt unsafe. Security was non-existent, completely... More

I was planning to give this place a Very Good rating based on the food and service. Then I used the restroom after my meal. Are you kidding me, Caesar's Entertainment and Serendipity 3? First, you have to go outside, down some stairs, and underground through a tunnel to get to the restrooms. That was unnerving. I did not feel... More

WE had the fried chicken - I would have preferred KFC to be honest. The milk shake was good. Sweet potato fries would have been nicer with something to dip them in. We did have a table outside overlooking the sidewalk which was great.
