Recently we celebrated my birthday at the StudioB in the M Casino. That night's menu was their seafood buffet! We had crab legs, cerviche, sushi, seafood salads ( both Asian and American), variety of cooked/ prepared fish plus the usual great American dishes ( prime rib, roast beef, chicken, roasted turkey). There were also great vegetarian dishes and really fresh... More

The choice available for the price paid was great! Fresh ingredients not to mention that unlimited beer, wine & speciality coffees were included in the price. The prime rib was really tasty and if too rare they will cook to your choice if you ask.

It's been a while since I've been here but it was good as I remembered. We came for lunch & the selection is still massive. You can really find anything you can think of for lunch. Higher cost than stations but not by much.

Tuesday lunch buffet at $16.00. Ribs dried out and hard to cut. Shark had no taste. Thai chicken wings dry and too sweet. Shrimp salad - couldn't find the shrimp. Ox tail was mostly fat and very little meat. Pad Thai was good. Desserts were good. Won't be going back any time soon.

The food an d service was great. The deserts are delicious; the crab legs were yummy; the prime rib is very tender. The buffet offered an array of seafood meats, Chinese, and mini deserts. The buffet also included beer, wine, champagne and flavored cappuccinos.

Went there for Friday lunch. Really enjoyed it. Not the typical Las Vegas buffet. Can compare to some of the more expensive ones on the strip, but without the high prices. Free wine, beer, specialty coffee. Everything was nice and fresh. I liked the grilled lamb chop best. Will go back.

Although we had been warned the line would be long, the wait was less than anticipated. That said.... Once inside the choices are crazy diverse and yummy! The carving stations feature beef and lamb. Asian, Mediterranean, Italian...a nosher's dream. Lots of vegetarian. Crab legs and seafood for DAYS! Unlimited beer. The best buffet...no...smorgasbord ever!

First, understand that the M Resort is not in Las Vegas like most of us think of Las Vegas. It's a 15-20 minute drive out toward Henderson, but it's worth it. I really enjoyed eating there. Next, understand that this is, supposedly, the best buffet in Vegas, and that means there's going to be a line. I went with friends... More

The M sent me a 2 fer 1 and I used it for Friday night seafood. We showed up at 5:30 and had no line to wait in. After 6 the line is long and slow. People tend to spend well over a hour during a seafood night. I started with a decent white wine. I think they mainly have... More
