Description: Guests are transported from the City of Sin to the Pacific Rim inside TAO Asian Bistro, a 44,000 square-foot, multi-story “Asian City” housing a restaurant, banquet facilities, lounge and nightclub. Lush velvets and silks, waterfalls and century-old woods and stones accentuate the experience, and the restaurant’s signature 20-foot Buddha watches over every corner of the restaurant while floating peacefully above an infinity pool complete with Japanese koi. Corporate Executive Chef Ralph Scamardella has developed a menu for the 400-seat restaurant by incorporating culinary components from China, Japan and Thailand. Signature dishes include offerings from sea, sky and land including Chilean Sea Bass Satay with Wok Roasted Asparagus, a preparation of Peking Duck that consistently receives accolades, and Kobe Beef Shabu Shabu along with a full sushi bar.

Hip, young and vibrant place! Our second visit and will be coming back! The food is excellent and service aswell. Veg.dublings was fantastic aswell as crispy duck rolls. Some fuzz to get access to the nighclub afterward without standing in line.

I have been here In the past and it was really good. However this last time my husband and I went we were very very disappointed! The service was subpar, for these prices I expect a server to be able to pour a beer without a 3inch head on it! The sever forgot to order one of our dishes and... More

We chose to eat here on the final night of our honeymoon, and what a great choice that was. The decor is fantastic, and once seated we asked our waiter to recommend what to eat. This meal was without doubt the best meal I have ever eaten, I had the Kobe beef meal and my husband the sea bass along... More

Each time we come here, it gets worst. I went with my husband, son, and daughter-in-law. Overall the food was so-so. The Miso Soup had no flavor. Most of what we ordered was just average. The food was one thing, but the service was another issue. We saw our waiter to take our food order and give us our check.... More

We ate here after a show. We shared a starter, thankfully as it was so large. We chose the Peking duck, we were worried as it was a whole duck, but it was not large at all. Our server was lovely and ensured our wine was topped up regularly. Probably our best meal in Las Vegas.

Delicious Chinese food presented all fancy in a cool setting. I was surprised at how good the food was. Seven of us ladies dined here on Saturday and got the $55/ person pre fixe menu. We were able to substitute some items. Edamame - Nice way to start out. Roasted Shishito Peppers with Yuzu - I loved that garlic sauce.... More

This was my all time favorite restaurant experience. My first impression of walking into Tao was romantic which was perfect since my husband and I were on a date. Our server Dave was great. He recommended a selection from each section of the menu. We decided to order the lobster wontons for an appitizer. The flavor was unbelievable.....seriously, the best... More

The entrance is beautiful with the candles and rose petals in water. I do agree with other reviewers that it is much too dark for dinner. Everyone around us was also using flashlights or cell phones to read the menu. The staff was great and knowledgeable about the menu. The Chilean sea bass was the highlight at our dinner. The... More
