Atmosphere felt like a dark RSL. Food and service was good one of the better options in the Monte Carlo complex

The Brand Restaurant in Monte Carlo Hotel is excellent. Service was outstanding and server very knowledgeable. I went with my brother who is an Executive Chef in another restaurant and he is extremely critical. He wanted to know how everything was seasoned/prepared and the server knew, he was impressed. Every course is ala carte so it as pricey as Ruth... More

My husband and I took our daughther for her 21st birthday and the food was excellent. I had the Wedge Salad and Prime Rib and they were delicious and my husband had the Ribeye which was amazing! The only thing we weren't too fond of was the Calamari, the coating fell off and some of it was a little chewy.

Yum, yum, yummy. My husband always orders the "hot rocks" sirloin appetizer...you cook thin slices of beef over an extremely hot rock right at your table. The only thing missing was bread. I think I remember having bread at the table last time but not this trip. I once again ordered the wedge salad with a side of lobster tail.... More

Had the pleasure of eating at Brand in the Monte Carlo a few days ago. There were 10 of us, all ready to spend a decent amount for a great meal. The restaurant is attached to the casino floor, so there is no separation from the noise. This was no problem for us, but is the one thing I'd say... More

Best sea bass I've ever had- it was served with lemon risotto and chili sauce. Very good!!!! The bathrooms left a lot to be desired. The toilets were similar to rv toilets and it was extremely dark. It was a bit much to have 2 people in a 3 stall bathroom to hand out paper towels and then they stare... More

A large group of us had dinner during a convention. Our waiter was very good, we selected a reasonable Cabernet Sauvignon..service a bit slow as the place was slammed but the food was quite good (my Scottish Salmon was excellent and fresh). The casino noise was a bit annoying, but we sell had a good time. The guys all ordered... More

If you want great steak for a fare price STAY AWAY from this place. My wife and I were hungry and willing to pay for great food, we ordered 2 prime rib steaks with garlic mash potatoes and "wild mushroom". First the prime rib not seasoned AT ALL it wasn't over seasoned there was no flavor tasted bland. They made... More

Been here before.........very good las vegas steakhouse. Service was a bit spotty on this visit, but food was excellent. Has hte bone in filet, and the wagyu strip- both well cooked to request. It is a basic steak house....... Ask for table in back so you are not right next to the constant traffic and noise in the casino. We... More
