The food is excellent. You don't need to fall for their uber pitch of their wagyu offers to enjoy a phenomenal steak. Their bone-in rib eye was amazing - as where the appetizers, the sizes, and the desserts. That is the good news. I will not dwell on the odd decor of giant portraits of A-listers on the walls. Presumably,... More

My friend K won this trip from 888casino to stay at Palazzo for a long weekend in May, and after our helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, our 888casino hosts took us to Wolfgang Puck’s CUT, where a 6 oz Japanese Wagyu steak is 155 dollars. I had the 6 oz filet mignon of American Wagyu beef ($85) and our... More

Enjoyed a large group dinner here and was really impressed with the service and fairly impressed with the food. The service was friendly, well mannered and knowledgeable. Like most good Las Vegas restaurants it was busy but we had very consistent service. The food was good but not great. It's obvious they are cranking out a lot of meals. The... More

The service was amazing during my birthday dinner at the Cut. We were a group of 11. They are so attentive. The steaks selection is best I have EVER seen at any steakhouse, bar none. The ability to sample 3 different sources of the same steak from different farms around the world is what seperates the CUT from others.

This place was really great and filling! I got the American Wagyu and my friend got the Japanese. The Japanese was way better and worth the extra spend. Service was superb and not too pretentious. Unlike many fine dining restaurants in Vegas, you actually get full and do not feel like a burger off the strip after. Also tried some... More

Want to splash out on one meal on your trip and feel special? Then go here, for a fantastic meal that will stay in your memories long after you leave Vegas. We both shared an appetizer than I had Salmon while my partner had Steak. All food was great and we stayed for cocktails and cake afterwards.

Went there for an anniversary dinner on our last night in vegas . Needless to say it left much to be desired . The server was really really really good but could not make up for the sub standard steaks that we ordered . We ordered the aged rib eye and filet ...both not good and both not cooked to... More

This was my second visit to CUT and it was just as good as the first. The service is exceptional with the whole team doing their utmost for you. The attention to detail is excellent. The steak types are so very well explained and cooked as required. The meal was beautiful. The wine list is extensive. We returned to celebrate... More

We had yummy steaks, great sides and a nice ambience. However towards the later part of our dinner they turned the lights up so bright it felt like a cafeteria. The hostess was nice and helpful as well as the busses Adrian. Our server was curt, and non friendly. We asked for them to be turned back down, which they... More
