Hands-down the best experience, and beef, we've ever had. Wait-staff danced attention on us, and yet it was completely unintimidating. I had casually mentioned, while making our reservation, that is was our anniversary and when we were seated, the menu was personalized to say, "Happy 29th Anniversary". There were separate servers for breadsticks, excellent breads, non-wine alcohol, and a sommelier.... More

Visited CUT during a business trip to Vegas. As part of a business dinner, cost was of little concern which clearly helped our enjoyment as well as the quality of the steak eaten. The menu is broken down in to different origins/types of steak with different aging (Nebraska grass-fed aged 15 days, etc). While confusing when trying to figure out... More

Visited here for our wedding anniversary and glad we chose this place - it made the whole evening really special. The steaks were delicious, juicy and cooked to perfection! You also get treated well with breadsticks, freshly baked bread and little treats from the chef! It was an expensive restaurant - $200 dollars for 2 steaks, 1 portion of chips,... More

The meal was a 60th birthday celebration. Although the decor was fine the restaurant was quite dark and did not create the possible romantic ambience it was trying to achieve. One of the servers came around to explain the cuts of steak which is helpful to people unsure of which cut of meat to order. 3 of us ordered the... More

Everything was excellent! The place, the service, and of course the steaks. Fine dining at its best. We had the best steak ever. A bit pricy but hey you are in Vegas Dining at the Palazzo hotel what more do you want. You have to book early to get a table.the waiter will explain and being live to the table... More

Fact...there is no shortage of amazing dining opportunities in Las Vegas and my sisters and I have our favorites, but on our June trip we decided to give CUT a try. The service was great. Very attentive, perhaps even a little rushed as it was very busy the night we were there. The first thing that caught my attention was... More

This is a hard act to follow, but if you know someone in the restaurant, press that connection for a full tasting menu and you'll be dazzled and stuffed full. The amuse bouche were plentiful, featuring knishes, sliders, and others to our great delight. They parade the cuts of beef over so you see the raw material before it's further... More

The best steak ever! I have had many steaks around the country and I still feel that this is one of the best steaks I have ever had. The sides are really great and the service is top notch. If you have a chance to eat here you definitely should.

We have been to several great steak houses in our time, but this was the best by far. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. We started with the butter lettuce and blue cheese appetizer which was ideal because it was so light. I then had the tasting menu with the two Wagyu steaks... More
