We make it a point to have dinner at Cut whenever we are in Vegas. Once again, it was wonderful. Our party of five ordered a variety of different appetizers and entrees, all of which were excellent. They also make killer martins, which come highly recommended. It isn't inexpensive, but for the service and the food, it is worth it.

if you want old school steakhouse don't go here. this is very much a new fangled version of the American steakhouse. The beef is of higher quality than most places but I didn't feel it was worth it overall. I felt the space lacked atmosphere and looked like an 80s nightclub with all the glass and mirrors. I very much... More

Liked everything. Appetizers, Steaks, wine, service. Perfect place for a high-end dinner in Vegas. You need to be prepared to spend some $, but it's worth it.

What can I say the Americans know how to do steak. This is 2nd best steak I've ever had (only topped by one I had in New York!). I had belly pork to start which was tasty and succulent. My husband had the crab cakes and his only complaint was that he found a small piece of shell in it.... More

Excellent restaurant! Loved the atmosphere, attentive service & steak that I literally could cut with my butter knife (yes, I did try!) I seriously never knew steak could taste so good. It wasn't the cheapest restaurant, but we came away feeling like it was more than worth it. Had a brilliant evening, thanks CUT!

My wife and I had one night reserved for a special meal to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and with a fair amount of research decided on CUT at the venetian hotel. We were aware of the price tag but had high hopes of the quality that was awaiting us. We were not disappointed at all!!! From the start... More

We had starter & mains (steak) here before a show and I believe it was well worth the price. Fabulous crab & lobster starter followed by 16oz sirloin cooked to absolute perfection. Love how it was presented all alone on the plate..it was truely the star of the show. Lovely staff and great wine selection, would definitely return.

My husband and I visited Cut for our 37th anniversary... great experience, excellent food and service. My filet was perfect as was my husbands New York Strip. Sides and drinks were spot on. The fingerling potatoes and creamed spinach were perfect. The Banana cream pie was delish and a wonderful addition.... nice surprise with our anniversary message on the plate... More

The steaks are worth the trip, love the way they bring samples of the different types of steaks to the table so you get a visual. They do offer interesting appetizers: the Warm asparagus and baby beets were very good and as for the sides: the Sauteed Corn and Wild Field Mushrooms were also wonderful. Yes, it is pricy but... Food is fantastic here. Though I did find a shell in my crab starter. Steak was great but not a huge portion even for the porterhouse for 2. Great drinks. The service here is impeccable. By far the best attribute. The waiters were very attentive and knowledgeable. Always looked after you. My favourite ever steak is Keens steakhouse in NYC,... More
