This food is amazing, but the service goes above and beyond. I have never seen anything as well orchestrated as the service at CUT.

My husband and I went to Cut for a late night seating (well, maybe not Vegas late-night...) and the service, above anything else was very impressive. We ordered too much food - which was all delicious - and got a wonderful bottle of wine. The staff there clearly communicates. While we had one "waitress", anytime anyone would pass by, they... More

Most people would review and expensive restaurant like this very high. So why did I give it three stars? The service was terrific, no complaints there. The prices are ridiculous, our meal was over $700.00 for 4 people and I didn't even get steak. I think that is ridiculous even for Vegas. My husband and friends got steak and really... More

We changed our reservation and they had no trouble accommodating us at all. We decided to have a drink at the bar, and we were excited to see the great selection of whiskey/bourbons. The bartender suggested tasting three, and split up the drinks so the three of us could each taste all three. They also provided bar snacks, including salt... More

This was to be our blow-out meal in Vegas, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, rich and plentiful, yet with an elegance and deftness of touch that I've seldom experienced. The service was perfect, with a great balance between efficiency, friendliness, passion, theatre and knowledge. Chip, who seated us and guided us through the menu and wine... More

If price is no option, this is a great place to eat for carnivores. I didn't try the exotic cuts of beef (like some Japanese imported cuts), but the filet I had was grilled to perfection with excellent flavor. The add-ons were spectacular - special cheese biscuits, crusted breadsticks the size of a pencil, asparagus with a melted cheese and... More

My steak was perfect. The atmosphere was wonderful. The wine paired with my meal perfectly. The Asparagus appetizer was particularly interested, and delicious!

Wolfgang Puck does a great job of bringing the most flavor out of each and every course of the meal. The tuna appetizer was better than any sushi I have ever had, and the filet had a nice crunch on the outside with a moist and delicious taste in the middle. The wiat staff there is first class and you... More

After 75 min. we... More
