10 oz lobster tail for $15 extra is a good deal

Ate dinner here on Friday ($31.99) . You get a $3 discount per meal if you show your Total Reward Card (They're free if you don't have one). Friday night is seafood night. Well, a buffet sort of sounded appropriate since we were in Tahoe, somewhat of a casino town. I can't say I'm any type of expert on buffets but I can advise we had a good time. Price was likely a little high for what we ate but I guess they have to average it it.... View was good and food... More

As with all buffet's there were some great elements to this and some bits that were not so great but there was so much variety that there would be something for everyone to enjoy. I suspect though the food is the same most days which could get boring. Favourite bits - roasted turkey and prime rib, mashed potato, pancake station,... More

We had brunch on the weekend that included champagne. This place has an amazing view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area. The food is good for a buffet. It's fun to have salad and mashed potatoes for breakfast! The service is always top notch and it's a great deal for the cost. Use your Harrah's Reward card for an... More

Enjoyed it all even though items were your average variety. Dessert was to die for. Pie slices were way too big though. 3 people ate a taste from about 3 different pies. Prime rib was good, rotisserie chicken dry as was the roasted turkey breast. Liked the asian foods.

This is a wonderful restaurant. Great buffet and beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. Completely surrounded by windows, so you get some of the best views of Lake Tahoe! The food is amazing!

Paid over $75.00 for 3. Plates were inconveniently located in one spot so that you had to cut into a line to get one. The plates were almost too hot to touch. Lines were slow and food variety wasn't exciting or so tasty that we wanted seconds any of the choices. The beverage table server was friendly. Not a place... More

The Saturday brunch buffet was good but not great. They do have a build your own omelet station that is pretty nice. I must admit, however, that I resent the cook having a tip jar right out front. The cost of cooking an omelet should not be an "add on" to an already $20 or so brunch buffet. So, overall,... More

The waffles were huge thick and oh so yummy!! French toast and bacon very good. Pancakes ok, eggs ok, sausage ok. Prime rib was very good. Didn't order an omelet but they looked really good. Mimosa was a nice bonus. Desert to die for!! The chocolate cake and the thick cheesecake were amazing!! The location is stunning at the very... More

I kind of don't know what we were thinking. This last Sunday, my husband and I decided to eat at Harrah's Forest Buffet for our last meal in Lake Tahoe. We frequently visit Las Vegas and this buffet is on par with the lower-mid range Vegas Buffets. We arrived on a Sunday at noon and there was about a thirty... More
