Great local "Cheers" bar/restaurant

If you're looking for good food, friendly atmosphere, a place where the locals hang out, you want to check out Crosby's Grill & Pub at the Christmas Tree Village.. This is like the "Cheers" bar of Lake Tahoe, where the locals come in after a day of work to have a drink, chat or watch a ball game on... read more

Although Crosby's is a much frequented watering hole for locals, it appears run down and dirty, kitchen entrance is greasy, and simply looking into the kitchen would indicate that not much care is taken in cleaning up daily. Food is usually good and serving sizes adequate, and service prompt and friendly. Most of the Incline restaurants are rated about the... More

Crosby's is a local pub that is known for being dog-friendly. Jack and Winston had lunch there on Sunday, and were pleasantly surprised to have a half-grown black bear join them (briefly). The signature pork green chili was excellent, and the "Irish nachos" were very filling.

We stopped here around 3 p.m. for a late lunch. Our waitress appeared fairly quick and took our drink order but we had to wait 10 minutes for her to return (we were the only people dining at a table and the bar had 4 people). We had questions about the sandwiches and I don't know if our waitress was... More

We have eaten here before so we knew the food was good, however the service was so slow that it spoiled the experience. We ate out on the back patio and we were there after the lunch rush, but it still took 20 mins to get our drinks and another 20 full mins to get our food. We had our... More

We came for breakfast on a Saturday morning. It looks like it is probably a fun/friendly bar scene inside but our meal experience was not good. We sat at an outside table as it was morning and the inside of this place is just quite dark. There was an unpleasant odor regularly emitting from a nearby machine - not sure... More

Visit regularly apres ski (Diamond Peak lift ticket coupon for free glass of wine!), and after golf and tennis. Reuben sandwich a favorite. Summer creekside patio a pleasant surprise.

Small place in an old shopping strip, first step inside one of our party tried to turn tail and run. We were hungry and had driven for a while so we overruled her. Good thing we did. Go out to the patio in back (unless you just HAVE to play video poker while you eat) and enjoy. The food here... More

The restaurant is located in Christmas Tree Center. Parking is marginal t best. As a local Crosbys was a great go to spot. So coming back to town after a long business trip was looking forward to a good cup of coffee and just simple cooking with good taste and service. The layout is the bar to the left and... More

Cute little local, dive bar feel. Great food. Double dipped wings are a must and then friend artichokes rock. Dressings tasted like made from scratch, DELISH. Oh and Fresh Squeezed for your cocktails!!!
