Our first meal in incline village was in the Hyatt restaurant, which was so overpriced and poor. Luckily we found this little place and have eaten here two nights running. A really friendly laid back restaurant, good variety of dishes on offer at a reasonable price. Staff genuine and friendly.

After arriving after 9 PM, we wondered if we could even get served (When NDOT says to expect "30 minute delays" on Mt Rose road repair, they mean 30 minutes!). We were told "No problem" and promptly seated. Our order was quickly taken. Served first was the cornbread. My wife does not usually like or eat cornbread, but commented on... More

We had dinner out on the patio at this cafe in the Lake Tahoe area on a warm evening. Three of us had portobello mushrooms as our entrees for dinner. There were lots of choices for sides with our entrees including the healthy choices of sautéed kale, quinoa salad, and steamed broccoli. One of our group got the veggie burger... More

Austin’s is awesome! For a summer lunch with your doggie pals, Austin’s patio is great. There are about a dozen tables, and the waitstaff are superb (at least when we were there.) They clearly welcomed the dogs. And the food was good, too (I had their featured meatloaf sandwich.)

Food was great and the prices were extremely reasonable but they could work a bit harder on service.

We had dinner here on a Friday night and waited outside for our table. The restaurant is small inside and there are outside tables. After a 30 minute wait, we were seated inside which was disappointing because it was a beautiful evening. We were hungry so decided to take the first table available. Service was a bit slow but the... More

This is a small, casual place within walking distance from the Hyatt. They have a large variety if salads on the menu as well as comfort foods. I did not think that I liked corn bread until they brought a warm loaf with honey to our table! This place is very casual so it's a good eatery for when you... More

Our family of 4 enjoyed a late lunch on 7/7/14 which unfortunately meant they were out of many things including their famous bread, the quinoa salad AND the mac & cheese. All things I wanted to try. Service: friendly, but VERY slow. The cornbread was good. Pesto Chicken sandwich was delicious. California burger was excellent. Buttermilk fries were good but... More

After a drive through Incline village which is a must to see the wonderful residences, we went to Austins. Had a 30min wait as they don't take reservations but had a drink whilst waiting outside and a lovely waitress asked if we wanted a table outside or inside. As the weather was closing in we went for inside and had... More

On the way to Lake Tahoe from Reno we stopped at Austin's. It is a small restaurant with about 10 tables inside and several on the patio. You may have to wait, but the food and service are worth it. Make sure to order a dish which comes with the cornbread and honey. The buttermilk fries were also good! You... More
