The food here is just OK - kind of typical low to middle end Mexican fare. The lack of good service is what really stands out to me. We were a party of 10 so hard to miss. We walked in at a slow time (plenty of empty tables) and literally stood there for 10 full minutes before anyone came... More

We had a family dinner on the outside porch. The service was very good. The drinks and food were also good. It wasn't Texas, but it was good. We would go back when in the area.

I've eaten here several times throughout the years and really every time I go back to give it another try I remember why I's been a year between visits. The good things are the drinks and they have good happy hour specials. Servers are very nice and attentive but the food..... The food is average at best so if you're... More

What a great happy hour! Good margaritas and I lovvved the nachos! Definite recommend. We didn't have time for dinner but enjoyed our drinks and apps and the bar service was very friendly.

This is a great place to bring the kids. It is also a great place to go with friends. Lots of seating in different settings as well as the bar. Great food, great drinks.

I first of all have to say that I have eaten at this restaurant several times and had a satisfactory meal. This is the first time I ordered any chicken dish there, (aroz con pollo) and I have to say I was completely disappointed. The chicken was obviously frozen and had that "hot dog" preservative taste. Won't be doing that... More

I had carnitas for about $12 - which is the typical price of a meal on the menu. It was a couple of huge chunks of perfectly cooked pork served with beans, guacamole and pico de gallo with tortillas on the side. This was a perfect meal and I took about half the pork home to eat for lunch or... More

I used to live in the Midwest, where they do awesome Tex-Mex, so the bar was high. Even in Virginia, where I live now, there are much better places to get Mexican. So here goes: Pros: waitress was pretty good, portions are huge, prices are reasonable. Cons: food was gross. I had enchiladas and an a la carte chile relleno.... More

I had the chicken fajitas. The serving was large, but the chicken was cut very small and a bit overcooked. Chips were thin and light, but mainly in small pieces. Guacamole was good and tasted fresh. Salsa tasted like jar salsa. The interior was clean, but cluttered and not appealing to the eye. I've definitely had worse, but also had... More
