Fine dining. The food and wine were perfect, and the service was top notch. One of the best meals I have ever had.

Spectacular setting right on Lake Tahoe. Majestic Lodge architecture with great service and awesome food! I had the Elk loin for an entrée and braised scallops for an appetizer and they were both off the charts good.

Six of us descended upon Lone Eagle Grille on a cold Tuesday night without reservations and we were treated royally. The server was very personable and knowledgeable, we were not hurried and when asked for a wine suggestion he introduced us to an excellent wine steward (sommelier) who knew the wineries she was recommending as well as the vintage years.... You can't beat the location of this place. Good service and food as well. Watched the sunset over the lake and could suggest that to those who appreciate such a view. Truly a great experience.

You just can't beat the view from this property. Gorgeous restaurant, fantastic wait staff, and the food is amazing! It's higher on the price scale but you won't be disappointed with the food!

Lone eagle grill is right on the beach at Lake Tahoe. We ate in their outdoor patio which had a ceiling so diners are protected from direct sun. This gave us a un restricted view of Lake Tahoe blue waters with snow capped mountains in distance. Oh, I almost forgot that lunch was really good !

The bar is a nice, open area where the menu is more casual and the view is exceptional. I don't think there is anything to dislike!

We make it up to Lake Tahoe at least once a year since 1998 and make Lone Eagle one of our must dinner spots. Great food and listening to Luke play guitar in the bar after dinner is a treat. After dinner, be sure to enjoy the wonderful fire by the Lake and look at the stars on a clear... More

Darn expensive - a small bison filet mignon is $50+ then you add on sides. It's a nice restaurant with nice ambiance and wine lists but it's pricy so be ready !

Our cabal of 16 friends from around the country came to Lake Tahoe for a reunion and chose this venue for our reunion dinner. So glad we did. The menu could easily accommodate the diverse tastes sitting at the table. Outstanding attentive service, great food and wine, great view and ambiance. This is more than dining, it's an experience.
