I was just driving through the area - it's right off the road - and stopped for a sandwich. Got the Turkey melt, which had lots of turkey, great melted swiss cheese, and some sauteed (?) chili peppers. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Looked like a lot of locals were there ordering breakfast too -... More

The food, service, and atmosphere is bar none for your summer and all year round dining experience. The waitresses are kind and efficient. I do frequent other establishments, also, but in the general area, being a locals hot spot with all the amenities, I highly recommend The Wild Flower Cafe. A great everything!!! Besides, just because I happen to take... More

We really enjoyed a good hearty breakfast at the Wildflower cafe. Eggs Benedict were great as was my husband's omelette. All the trimmings were tasty as well. A couple of improvements recommended. Please use real creamer...hate that fake stuff, especially at a breakfast place. Also, the chairs were just awful. They look like they were purchased at a garage sale... More

I think time has taken a toll on this little place, which is too bad. The furniture looks old and worn. The pictures on the walls had cobwebs on them. I would not recommend going here. With a little TLC, hopefully this place can turn around, but until then, I would not go back.

We stopped in near closing time and were warmly welcomed in by very friendly staff members. We saw some meals pass by to other customers and knew the servings were large. However, we were hungry and both ordered the cinnamon-orange french toast with sides of bacon. My husband also ordered an egg (cooked perfectly). OMG, the french toast servings were... More

We had an early breakfast here this week during our Spring Break-Tahoe-snowboarding week. It was our first visit because we were staying with our friends who have a house nearby. The kids shared a huge luscious breakfast burrito and kiddie pancakes and I had a decent eggy dish. The atmosphere is total local diner style with attentive service. My friend... More

This restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. I don't know how it passes Health Dept. inspections! The food is mediocre, the service is questionable.

Quaint little breakfast spot. Very homey. Good food. Service was good, home fries were tasty. It's a go to on my visits.

We ate lunch here on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was filled with who we considered to be locals so we were very pleased. The chairs in the restaurant are a gray fabric and could easily have been salvaged from a corporate business suite. The chairs were so dirty you could see stains on the arm rests from all the... The cinnamon rolls are unreal. Don't pass them up but go ahead and order for your side to go with the biscuit and gravy. You're on vacation, don't worry you can watch your weight when you get home.
