If you happen to be visiting during football season, this is the place. Food, drinks and service are outstanding, and there are TV screens everywhere.

We frequent the other Hyatt restaurants - the one overlooking the pool and Lone Eagle overlooking the lake - so thought we would give this a try. We will not be back. - really unappealing room...yes; it's a sports bar so be ready for dark and really uninspired décor... - really expensive for what it is - over $60 for... More

Lunch comes from another restaurant located inside the hotel. This menu is not very good but it is served at Cutthroat before 5:00. Dinner served from 5:00 on comes from Cutthroat Saloon. This is probably why so many reviews are IFFY. Cutthroat makes really good pizza's, I'm surprised they are not on a best pizza in the village list. We... More

This place is dark and dingy. The food is way over priced and the service was terrible! All this when no one was there.

We ate dinner as a group of 6 - 3 kids, 3 adults. Seeing as it is a saloon, it is a bar like atmosphere. Dimly lit, loud music, old beer mixed with wood floor smell. They did have crayons, and the music drowned out any noises the kids made - so overall it worked out. The food was not... More

Delicious salad, pulled pork sliders, onion rings and sweet potato fries. Nice wine list too! Great server who made lots of recommendations. Would definitely stop in again for their famous chili.

I stopped in for a martini and the bartender knew what she was doing! It was very busy and she didn't have any help but those of us sitting at the bar were well taken care of. I had the french dip (yum) with salad and it was way more than I could eat. The calamari looked good too.
