We have had various dishes here, all excellent. The offerings are broad, from appetizers to main course to dessert (menu can be found online). I am amazed at the people that write restaurant reviews and whine about everything but the food. The food at Tuscany Grill is the best Italian in Henderson and we've tried the gamut. My favorite is the Sausage Caccitore. It's as good as home made, maybe even better. more

In regards to the review that I just read about Tuscany Grill not comping a glass of good wine, surprised me I love to eat,drink and gamble their they take care of all my drinks including Sterling Merlot which I know is 11.50 a glass on there menue. The girls and I wanted a night out but not go to the strip, so we decided to all meet at the Tuscany Grill. We started at the bar, the bartenders were friendly, and attentive. My husband and I eat here not infrequently because we live very close. Sometimes we're alone, sometimes we're with friends.
