On a road trip from Bend to Phoenix we were directed to the Slanted Porch, what a great meal. Food was fresh, the prime rib cooked perfect and the blue cheese dressing is some of the best I have ever had.

Great food, a little pricey and very loud. Most enjoyable time to be there is when it opens or close to closing time.

We have eaten there quite a few times and have never been disappointed. Have recommended it to others and they were happy with their meals.

My husband and I stopped here on a road trip back to CA from CO. I'm glad we stopped as we wanted good food not just something fast and easy. My husband ordered the Western Bacon Burger and I ordered the BLT on a Dutch Crunch Roll ( named the Alternate 95). Both were Very very tasty!! The only complaint... More

I took some employees for an appreciation dinner. The olive oil and balsamic were excellent for dipping the slightly stale bread. One employee ordered shrimp pasta and said it was great. It should have been for the price. Two other ordered NY strips, which they said were good. One was offered Mac and cheese as a side but chose potatoes.... More

This is an attractive place with friendly and accommodating staff. As you park you may notice a large greenhouse! Turns out they grow, sell and cook with their home grown veggies! We came in 30 minutes before close with a 5 year old and ate a wonderful meal. The soup of the day featured their own Bok Choy ( which... More

While working in Fallon this place was recommended by co-workers. What a great lunch. So much better than the fast food restaurants in the area. I had the special of the day-a pulled pork sandwich. The pork was very moist and tender. The coleslaw that accompanied the meal was excellent. The fries were good too. They are the shoestring type... More

Interesting restaurant, quality food, fast service, different than most burger places. Check out the artwork while waiting for your food, but be quick, it comes fast!

First the pro: Food was very good. A pleasant surprise on "the loneliest road". The staff were friendly and generally helpful. The con: the food took a long time to get, but they were very busy, so I can understand that, but what really bothered me was when I reviewed my bill, I noticed that buried in the charges, was...
