Stopped for reakfast on our way through ELY would not have gone downtown on our own not knowing ELY,but Hotel Nevada was recommended, by a person at our gas stop. Loved the old fashion feel and décor also the race memorabilia for the silver state classic challenge. Oh and the waitress was awesome along with the food. She told us... More

Since there are but a few restaurants in town, we go here once in awhile. Service is inconsistent. You have to ask for appetizer plates and the food is just average. Ok for breakfast. Skip it for dinner.

The hotel is quaint and rooms are decorated nicely but plumbing is TERRIBLE! They even warn you it's bad but its silly in this day and age to put up with up with something as simple as a working toilet, decent shower or bath. Restaurant was okay with a menu out of the 50's but the food preperation was good... More

Excellent breakfast and can't wait to make "those potatoes" at home. Loved the different decor. We were seated in the John Schneider/Dukes of Hazzard area but I also noticed a Roy Rogers display and a NASCAR room. Good food at a great price.

Food here is very ordinary, but a good value. One doesn't come to a casino restaurant in Ely, NV for fine cuisine. Actually after scouring the main street of Ely, it was the only place serving dinner. That said it was a fun evening and a better choice than driving out of town to the chain restaurants. Decor of Western... More

The 3 of us had the Margarita pizza (with pepperoni) which was so very good. It has the basil pesto sauce not the regular tomato sauce, which really made it the best! It is our favorite now! They also make a good BLT too. Thanks to the chef!

We came driving into town from Twin Falls, Idaho. We thought it might be cool to check out the old hotel restaurant. The food was average, and the service about the same. They did have some cool decor items. I ate breakfast for dinner and it was okay. Nothing terrible, nothing spectacular. I don't know if there would have been... More

Breakfast at the Hotel Nevada was wonderful. Two menu pages of selections and a specials page also. Potato selections included, hash browns, home fries, breakfast potato and "Those potatoes." What are "Those potatoes" you ask? Hash browns with onion, peppers, and mushroom covered with cheddar cheese. My new favorite breakfast potato!

We ate at this (Italian) restaurant our first day in Ely, and the food was sooooo very good that we returned for three additional meals. The first day we had sandwiches. The Desperado Burger and the club sandwich. The bread was fresh and very tasty. The burger was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Great sweet potato fries and neither of us... More

Was sloooooooow and then, food was not very good. Twenty three dollars for a couple of tacos and a chief salad. Saw in the paper the new owners were making changes.......guess they did. Server was cheery etc, but as they do these days, would check his text messages between picking up orders. I have to come back here, and will... More
