We stopped here to get lunch and watch a World Cup semi final. The food was fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced. In a region where Mexican restaurants are everywhere, this one really stood out. I'd highly recommend it.

It's always fun to find a really good restaurant in an offbeat place like Ely NV. We found La Fiesta a few years ago and always eat there when we overnight in Ely. The Mexican cuisine is outstanding and priced very well. The chile rellenos are the fried egg batter type, done just right. My wife likes the enchilada platter... More

The food was good. I did find I liked the cabbage salsa served there. Overall the food was not as good as our favorite restaurant back home. The server was nice. They could spend a bit more time on cleaning. The carpet was kind of gross in spots. I hope the kitchen was clean.

Had takeout. Food was ready on time. It wasn't great Mexican, but it was good. Priced well, and I'd eat there again. Very friendly service.

And right behind the Jailhouse Motorlodge. Service average. Good Mexican food. Nothing exciting, but good.

Food was typical Mexican restaurant fare, nothing outstanding but definitely tasted fine and was priced reasonably. Ask about the beer specials- Bud Lite was $1.50 when we were there...

Dark atmosphere but very nice staff food was ok but like normal authentic Mexican restaurants food is mostly bland tasting. Was disappointed that there was no cheese Queso dip.

We walked from the Bristlecone Motel. The restaurant was fairly plain, but the food and service were excelllent. I must have had the same shrimp dish mentioned in the review - one I've not had before - because all the flavors melded beautifully. My husband enjoyed his chile relleno - which was delicious. The chips and salsa were also yummy.... More

Ordinary looking but surprisingly good food. Fresh ingredients. The Carnitas were great. The fajitas looked great. My husband got a shrimp dish which he loved. Right next door the the Ramada where we stayed so very convenient.

La Fiesta is walking distance from the Bristlecone Motel, so we thought we'd give it a try after a long day of hiking in Great Basin National Park. The staff was very pleasant, the food was good, and prices were reasonable.
