Right off the beef in the fajitas was very tough. Service was sort of grumpy. The portions were fairly generous. Not the kind of place we would go back to.

We were seated quickly and the waitress came by a few minutes later to get our drink orders. The grilled chicken in their chilcken enchilada suiza was a bit on the salty side but tasty. The beans and rice...looked like they put canned green beans in their rice...didn't seem to have much flavor. The pork carnitas were tasty. They do... More

My family had a layover in Elko, NV this evening and we were searching for food. We came across Dos Amigos. The menu looked good and Tripadvisor rated it pretty high. We called in an order for pickup, little trouble ordering over the phone, probably because we were trying to make some changes to their menu items. Order was ready... More

Big portions, we had lunch and none of us could eat it all. Very good white queso dip with just the right amount of heat. The food wasn't bad, just wasn't much different from a hundred other Mexican places. Very prompt and attentive service.

The staff is always so friendly and prompt. I had the steak burrito smothered in their white queso sauce. To die for. I would put that queso on anything! Must-go in Elko.

The service was very good. The food is very typical of Mexican/American food. I'm used to the real thing and find this kind of food too cheesy, overfilling and fattening. I doubt that I'd go there again but then I'm not sure where I'd go in Burns/Hines.

I went with 20 people and we had great service. The food was mucho mucho and was delicious. They took substitutions well. Well worth the stop.

Had the tacos de carne asada and they were delish. A bit disappointed in the new menu as many of my favorites were no longer available. Waitress was very friendly and the fried ice cream was good although not truly fried.

Just happened upon this place for lunch while driving and driving and driving in norther Nevada. Good food, good salsa and chips, cool, comfortable and very nice singer/guitarist (singing in the middle of the day even!) made for a pleasant Saturday lunch stop.

The food was excellent. The pork melted in my mouth, the the adobe sauce was amazing, the beer was frosty cold, and the service was excellent. Live music was great.
