Best Elko chinese

By far, the best Chinese food in Elko. People are always nice and food is prepared fresh and good. Not the cleanest bathrooms though.

This restaurant was recommended and the Chinese food was very good and very ample. We had chicken and tofu with vegetables and fried noodles, which were cooked in a very different fashion that we had seen before. The staff are pleasant and attentive and the amount of food was generous. The evening meal cost about $11.00 per person.

Great service but the food was mediocre at best. Hot and sour soup was oily, Kung pao chicken came with no rice, forgot plum sauce with mushu as well as to go cutlery. Hopefully this isn't the best chinese in elko!

Easily one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever eaten at! Don't let the building fool you, it is definitely dated but the food is top quality. The egg flower soup was clear and not yellow like another poster mentioned, but it was the best egg flower I've had! We had Mongolian beef, Asparagus chicken, and Sweet & Sour... More

Not easy to get enough vegetables on the road! Braised green beans, veggie fried rice, eggplant and veggie lettuce wraps - all so very good! If only the offered brown rice option - would be excellent!

Now I have eaten at an abundance of Chinese food restaurants before, we went to chef chengs and it was by far the most horrible Chinese food I've eaten I ordered sweet and sour chicken it came with fried rice and egg flower soup. My chicken was good, the rice was almost identical to seamed rice but had meat and... More

This is an award winning chef that has opened a Chinese food restaurant in cowboy country ... but the food is Excellent. We found this restaurant 2 blocks from our hotel and got there late at night. We ordered, wondering how this will compare with the restaurants we frequent in the San Francisco East Bay. Wonder no more. The food... More

This is the best restaurant for Chinese Food in Elko, NV. Only the Great Wall of China in Seattle, WA can beat this!

I've changed my mind. Went with some friends and was very wary about eating anything Chinese. I don't remember the names of any of the food we ate but it was delicious. We had an assortment of about 8-10 different dishes served family style for our group of 12. I think we ordered servings for 8 however and there were... More

Hadn't realised how small Elko was when booking and the dining options are pretty limited. A couple of places we parked outside of screamed "Don't eat here" so we ended up at Chef Chengs. We stupidly ordered Egg Flower Soup and Hot and Sour Soup to start with followed by Fried Wantons and Fried Calamari and then Special Fried Rice,... More
