A different restaurant, non-Basque, is in that building now. I think we're down to two Basque restaurants in Elko now.

I so miss this gem of Elko! Someone please send me a gallon of the cabbage soup or the recipe! 900 miles is such a long drive! Enjoy this quaint and elegant establishment- and come hungry!

Biltoki was one of our favorite restaurants, anywhere. The steaks were marvelous, the soup was wonderful, and the owner was one of the most amazing people we'd ever met. Incredible Basque immigrant success story. Unfortunately for those of us who loved the place, the owner retired and the place was sold. I wish that the new owners' implementation kept up... More

Have lived in Elko all my life and loved the old Bil Toki's, but with the new ownership it is ten times better. Love it, probably one of the best restaurants in town besides Luciano's. Have absolutely no complaints.

If you're looking for a great dinner avoid this restaurant. Under the old management the food was wonderful and reasonably priced. My wife and I tried this restaurant again when vacationing in Oct. 13 and were very disappointed. The rib -eye steak we ordered was tough and over-cooked. Drinks that were ordered were not served until after food was eaten... More

Went in with an open mind, but couldn't get over the very dirty carpet (stained, ripped, and not recently vacuumed), unfriendly bartender, bored staff, tacky decor, and extremely high menu prices for lackluster food. They had a boom box sitting on top a shelf in the front room playing loud jazz music. WTH?? Despite the marketing as a "Tapas" bar,... More

The Family Style dinner comes with a lot of food, but most of it is just terrible. The first course is cabbage soup which was tasty, but the salad is just iceberg and mayo. The sides are bland and overlooked. Don't even bother with the spaghetti or the beans. The French fries were hand cut and fried. The meats were... More

Ordered drinks, three Mountain Dews. Very small glasses were served, we laughed. Then received menus, starting $27 and up. Not much options for young people. We decided to leave without ordering, would have cost me $150 just browsing. Menu was confusing, wish nice waitress would explained details. Not one worker there was surprised we were leaving. Mmmm. I paid for... More

Be sure to eat here. You will not be sorry. You will not be able to eat it all. I don't know how they can do it.

I must admit I want to compare this place to the best and that is unfair as there are 3 Basque restaurants in this town. I had the crab stuffed shrimp and mushroom caps. They were good, but unless you love butter ask the chef to go light. The sides at any Basque restaurant are not my favorite but I... More
