Unique dishes excellently prepared. Not a place for ambience but still nice interior. Small so I would recommend reservations. We'd go back.

It's hard to give an overall average rating, and I'll tell you why. Last night we had a retirement party for a beloved coworker. The party was scheduled from 5-9, to accomodate those who work past 5. We order our appetizers and dinners. People kept coming in, until we had about 20. Some of us got our appetizers and then... More

You'd drive by Z Bistro a hundred times and never give it a second glance. Very unprepossessing exterior (and the interior is very humble, too.) But the hostess and chef (who, I think, must be the owners), are very friendly and down-to-earth. There must be a cadre of regulars, because the hostess greeted a number of them by name. But... More

Went for lunch with friends. I normally don't care much about decor, but the atmosphere created an odd contrast to the menu. Despite the french posters on the walls, this place has the sophistication and charm of a McDonalds and was strangely off-putting. I had steak frites. Frites (french fries) and accompanying aioli were excellent. Steak was edible but gristly... More

Nice staff, delicious food. Not cheap but it's worth. The mussels putanesca are delicious. Had beef for dinner and it was good too. Nice overall experience, would come back.

This is just a wonderful surprise to find in Carson City. It's a favorite lunch place, dinner is good too. Great food!

This is a local restaurant with an amazing menu that changes all the time. They will also work with food allergies which is a blessing. Service is impeccable and you feel like your family.

My husband and I have enjoyed dining here since it opened and the changing dinner menu means there is usually something new to try each time we go. We don't have any dietary restrictions but I took a friend who has a severe gluten intolerance. She was resigned to eating a salad but they had changed the recipe for the... More

This French flair resturant offers something different. The buckwheat crepes are very tasty with different filling opportunities. The hot sandwiches are full of cheese and delicious. Go before noon or you may find yourself waiting for a table.

Best restaurant in town. Had a perfect lunch here once I started with the State of Nevada Department of Taxation.
