Two words: Just Delicious! I found Adele's looking on Trip Advisor, and the reviews were good, so we went to the restaurant without a reservation. The place was packed, but were seated within 10 minutes. It's an unusal place, in an old house, with an incredibly extensive menu, with a wide variety of seafood. But this is Nevada and Nevada... We went to Adele's at 2:30 or 3:00 in the afternoon. According to website, this would be between lunch and dinner, so pizzas and salads were available-we were fine with this...I knew I wanted the wedge salad and love pizza. After seating us, we were handed the full menu, so lots more decisions to make...the restaurant is beautiful and very... More

Adele's has just added breakfast to their offerings. The friend I was visiting had been to dinner there and wanted to try breakfast. It's in an old building and the indoors is decorated with antiques -- you can be seated in wing chairs and have an intimate meal served on an end-table. Looks very cozy but we chose the porch... It's somewhat embarrassing to admit that of the 6 days we spent in the Carson Valley, we had dinner at Adele's 4 times! Yes, it's that good. The atmosphere is lovely, the food, fantastic, and we wanted to adopt our server, Rachel. We think Adele's should open a second location in Albuquerque.

Adele's lunches and dinners are terrific. However, they serve the best breakfast anywhere! Everything is delicious and meticulously prepared. The French Toast is wonderful, the pancakes are the best we've ever eaten. The special waffles and pastry du jour = always excellent. One of us loves the omlettes. Biscuits & gravy are delicious! Bacon is fantastic. Can't say enough. The... More

We have been going to Adele's since they opened. You would be hard pressed to find a better dinning experience anywhere in the country. Most everything is locally sourced. Seasonal dishes abound taking advantage of the freshest vegetables and most of the meat is locally grown. Recently we we went for a late breakfast early lunch and had the best... More

We found Adele's through tripadvisor and were very pleased. Our waitress, Teresa, provided great service. She was amazingly knowledgeable about quite a large menu for a restaurant with the quality of food being served . She was right there when needed but didn't bother us with "how is everything?" once. Much of the excellent food is locally sourced which is... More

Lived in Carson City since '75 (don't believe the date that I checked) and Adele is out place to go for a special diner. The building is an old classic building resplendent in period pieces. The presentation of the day's specials is something to see as the servers verbalise them, longer than the menu. I am partial to the veal,... More

We popped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted by a very pleasant individual and shown our adult. I asked for my normal Manhattan, up, Rye please, two cherries, shaken and had a wonderful adult beverage to commence our brunch. My entree was the Lamb steak, chosen from a local FFA animal husbandry. The only other Lamb... More
