Quirky and interesting

While the food in this restaurant is a bit pricey for the type menu offered (omelettes, salads and such) the decor is so unique that dining here is definitely an unforgettable experience. Up to your taste in atmosphere, but if you want to curl up in a chair with a book and someone else's cat, that's an option. Good bagels, too.

Just one of the places that is different but very pleasant. The coffee is good. I like to just hangout work and read. It is not a chain coffee place but a locals place with its own style.

Great coffee, fresh food, and super smoothies, but that is only the beginning. Very laid back, so don't expect quick service, but just relax and take it in. Take a pause, which is what a "comma" signifies. The decor is unbelievable, very retro and hippie. You see something new every time you come in. My 90 year old Mom loves... More

Ate lunch here today and was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and good service. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her after lunch coffee. Will stop again next time in Carson City.

This place is fabulous!!! I only wish we had eaten breakfast here but unfortunately on yelp it didn't come up when searching breakfast since its only listed as coffee and tea shop. :( so we ate a few doors down and I know it would have been better here!!! We came in for some Chai Tea and it was fantastic.... More

Excellent coffee, breakfast/lunch of quality, friendly service with a smile, funky surroundings, it's all there. As a cute touch, the Gents' bathroom features a full size Marylyn saying "I've been told gentlemen prefer blondes" while the Ladies have James Dean to welcome them at the door... Great place!

Maybe the only coffee shop in Nevada that feels like Portland. Multiple choices of organic coffee, plenty of space to spread out on couches or tables to pull up a laptop and work. Breakfast sandwich was perfectly fine. Highly recommend if you hate Starbucks as much as I do.

coffee house with character in an old downtown building. Smallish menu, b-fast and lunch, served all day, fresh, healthy, delicious, unusual menu items along with some standards. Wonderfully funky furnishings and cozy seating areas, like a starbucks decorated with mismatched antique store and garage sale finds, featuring local artists and musicians/bands many nights.

Ordered a nonfat mocha, received a double shot of espresso poured into powdered hot chocolate from a machine, yuk.
