Small Italian restaurant run by husband and wife

Since the restaurant was close to the capital building we decided to do lunch there. The restaurant wasn't real busy and we got a seat by the window. We picked the two specials for lunch, cheese ravioli with mushroom sage sauce and the angel hair fresca with blacken snapper. The cheese ravioli was... read more

Every time I am in Carson this is one of my must stop at. Whether lunch or dinner it is always good. Staff is friendly and eager to help, prices are reasonable and the food quality excellent.

We were given this restaurant as a possible good one to eat at by one of the locals. We were not disappointed at all. There isn't much seating available so would recommend a call to see is reservations are necessary. I had the AHI which was cooked to perfection and my husband had a pasta plate that had shrimp, salmon... More

We called ahead our order and five minutes after we arrived we were eating. Very attentive server. I had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and it was very good. There was bread and butter on the table. Everyone said they enjoyed their lunch.

nice staff, great, I mean great food... nice atmosphere,, not a fan of the supplies by the restrooms,,, or having to go thru the waitress station to go to the restroom,, but those things aside,, my artichoke app was very very good,,, my honey's swordfish over angel hair pasta was the best we've ever had... Can't believe an Italian place... More

The food is decent, not as good as it used to be 10 years ago. Perhaps the changing of chefs makes the difference. The appearance and atmosphere is not as warm and friendly

This restaurant serves the best Italian food that I have eaten for a long time. We arrived late - just before closing, but we were served graciously and never hurried. I would recommend this restaurant to any one. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean.

Our family ate here just a few days ago. My SIL had the Shrimp Alfredo, only when he bit into it, it tasted like charcoal. When they talked to the server she said it was blackened shrimp? Only blacken shrimp does not taste burnt. A different server came and said she was sorry and gave us a plate of garlic,... More

Garibaldi's is a favorite of mine and a place not to be missed in Carson City. When we arrived there shortly after opening I was hoping for a great meal. I never had the lasagna but other people I know said it was great. However being told hey ran out of lasagna the day before and they did not have... More

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We walked in off the street not knowing what to expect. I had vegetables with pasta of the day. There were NINE different types of vegetables, each prepared a unique and different way. Yum! My wife had a spinach salad with cajun shrimp. It was quite a complex salad with many unexpected ingredients. She... More
