I am only in Scottsbluff once or twice a year but always eat at Rosita's while there. It is a small restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. I have always had excellent food and service. If you are in Scottsbluff and looking for great Mexican food, go to Rosita's.

Our family decided it was time to have Mexican food for dinner, since we had been having American food, Chinese food, and Western Style food. We arrived at Rosita's with no reservation, and were seated at a back booth by a friendly hostess. We were starved, and ready to dig in to what we expected would be a delicious meal.... More

I went here on recommendation of the hotel clerk. It was excellent. The food was delicious. I'm afraid I made quite the pig of myself. The waiter was very patient, helpful and courteous. The décor and settings comfortable. After I paid my bill at the front counter, my waiter made an extra effort to thank me for my patronage. I... More

A group of college-aged students went to Scottsbluff for a late lunch at a Mexican Restaurant, Rosita’s. It is a friendly sit-down café with festive south of the border décor. This Mexican restaurant had puffy chips, called panchos, as they are different than plain flat tortilla chips. There are three-dimensional like a sopaipilla, and are fired so they puff up... More

Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Not the greatest décor, but the food makes up for it. Service was pretty good and you need to buy a jar of the salsa.

Daily specials plus menu items all taste great and are easy on the pocket. Try the tacos on daily special or the smothered enchiladas. Fast & friendly service!

We were in Scottsbluff for the night and we wanted some Mexican food for dinner. There were a few choices and we chose Rosita's based on other reviews. To begin with, it was strange not to have complimentary chips and salsa. I ordered a smothered burrito since I didn't want a big meal. The burrito was folded and had very... More

I laughed when I was told by a friend that Scottsbluff has some of the best Mexican food. She took me to Rosita's and yes, she was right. Fantastic everything. Loved the homemade quac and pico. They make the chips (pie shaped) fresh as well. The rice is made to order and the chicken was delicious all white meat. Everything... More

I wish I could say I rode my motorcycle 2800 miles in 100 degree temps. to eat at this wonderful mexican restaurant and that it lived up to every expectation I had conjured up in my head since hearing about it on NPR 3 years earlier but instead I ended up at Rosita's and stepped into some strange twilight zone...
