Change of pace!

This is not the average place to eat in Lincoln, what a pleasant surprise! The food was excellent, the service is always exceptional, and they get the drinks just right!!

Great atmosphere and the food beaver disappoints. Try the wine cellar for the states largest selection of wines along with a sample tasting dispenser. Indian food can feel spice but tell server to go light on the curry and you don't go wrong. Also try the mulligatina soup and roti bread.

The Oven is my home town Indian restaurant. But it is also the best Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at including in NYC, London & Montreal. I love the Chicken Bhuna and the Vegetable Madras. But Lamb Madras and Chicken Tikka Madras are also wonderful.

Five stars! We've been eating there for years, and haven't had a single thing I didn't like. Any family who visits from out of state, this is the must-have meal in Lincoln. Even if we are just going through town, if we have the time, we stop just to go to The Oven.

great service. Quick. Lots of options from mild to spicy. Both locations are good. The bread is incredible.

Food is very spicy. I do get that Indian food is spicy in general, but the place has nothing to offer for those with low level of tolerance for spicy food. Even those dishes that are marked as mild or not spicy are actually VERY spicy for my taste. Rice is good.

If you like Indian food, this is the place! The best I have ever had! Try the butter chicken! Even the Naan is awesome! Great service!

Based on the reviews...I expected more. The onion kulcha was good. I sat outside. I visited the second location on Pioneer. Inside was a bit dark. For dinner, I ordered chicken tikka. I am not sure if I got wrong meal. It was 4 pieces of chicken that was red on a bed of rice. The chicken tasted more like... More

This is definitely an upscale place. At lunch there was no buffet, but the dishes we ordered, a lamb saag and chicken masala were really good. The mulligatawny soup that came with the meal was also very tasty, as was the freshly baked papadum.
