In addition to fresh-roasted coffee and fine teas, The Mill offers locally-made sandwiches and vegetarian wraps, baked goods and desserts, a large selection of gourmet candies and chocolate, and of course a full line of coffee and tea related supplies and hardware, all in a casual and eclectic environment. The farmers market in the Haymarket district in downtown Lincoln is what the city is all about: People getting out to shop local, bumping into folks they know, and enjoying the organic atmosphere that farmers markets are notorious for. My family's tradition is to stroll the market, then go to The Mill for a cup of coffee. No matter how... More

We were visiting family and stopped in for coffee. The ambience was friendly-- a local destination. The cappuccino was outstanding, rich flavor with a smooth feel. The fruit biscuits were delicious. Most of all, the staff made you feel like a regular. We went back three times for more of the same. This was near the University. On Sunday we... More

Better than the national chains. Just something about this place during the holidays that I just love. They have an expansive tea selection. some of my family members stop and stock up when visiting as they variety is so great.

Relaxing and fun, this coffeeshop offers a variety of beverage options. Lots of tables to sit and chat with friends, study for school, or kill time and simply browse the wifi. Nice place to just hang out.

The Mill is Lincoln's classic coffeeshop. It was here long before the chains and drive-thrus and it continues to sell my favorite coffee and to offer good service and a terrific atmosphere. The Haymarket location is a the "place to be" on most evenings and weekends for meeting friends. These folks make great coffee drinks. My favorite hot weather treat... More

This rather long, large place has lunch. There were five of us. My husband and I shared a turkey avocado sandwich and sweet potato fries, which was plenty for us. They also have salads. We had a nice round table, so we could talk. There is a big porch, but it was too cold to eat outside.

Stopped in for cup of coffee and found several things of interest. I really liked the architecture and cozy feel of the place. The coffee was excellent and just what I needed to continue on my hike of the area.

If you visit downtown Lincoln be sure to enjoy a coffee here. This place is an institution in Lincoln. If you're in a hurry, skip it. This is not a fast-paced shop. Definitely from another era.

The location in historic HayMarket area of downtown Lincoln is THE place to eat, drink and be merry. Great coffee, smoothies, treats, etc. make this a do not miss stop on your journey. Free wi-fi, lots of tables to sit and relax while you people watch, or just catch up on your internet. Outdoor patio as well.
