OK Food, Very Americanized Mexican

This is not the place to go if you want authentic Mexican. Most of the dishes have a ton of cheese sauce on them. That said the food is OK, but not memorable by any means, same with the ambience and service.

These were the worst tacos I've had...have eaten here before when in town, but this plate was a fail.

The food tastes good, although not authentic. However, my service was poor and on the third occasion eating here, I became ill every time. Will not be returning.

We've tried a couple other "authentic" Mexican restaurants and we keep coming back to Carlos O Kelly's, it is our favorite! Recommend their Prairie Fire Fajitas, Suiza con Pollo or their Light Enchiladas!

If you are looking for real mexican food, then this is not it. Do not listen to ones that say it is. I come from a large mexican family so hopefully you can believe me. There is a reason why one has closed down already. Many better places in Lincoln.

My daughter order their new flavor of tacos, they were delicious. My husband did the large sampler plate and it was a huge portion of food, well worth the money. Our server was so nice and very helpful when we asked him questions. He knew the menu well which helped. Prices were good! Will eat there again when in town.

We ate here on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy when we were there, yet the service was marginal. The food was ok, but definitely nothing special. The prices are reasonable and the menu selections seem fine. Because of the slow service and food that was just on the 'ok' side, I highly doubt that we will eat here... More

So far the only place even remotely close to Mexican food. I'm from Texas and we know our Mexican food :)

After driving 700+ miles just glad someplace still opened and serving. Very good American Mexican food, good margarita and beer, reasonable prices. Sports bar atmosphere with big screen tvs. Close to nearby hotels for travelers.

This local spot was a surprise to us. The staff was very accommodating my wife ordered a dish that was too spicy for her they gladly took it back removed it from our bill and made suggestions to replace itthr new dish was tasty and less spicy. I give this place a thumbs up
