I have been here twice for business luncheons. The service was excellent both times. The menu has several local recipes and the it appears that a lot of the food is made from scratch. While the inside of the restaurant reminds one that he/she is in a hotel restaurant, the food does not. It is so much better than typical... More

This was our first visit and definitely will not be our last! The food was more comfort type food and was delicious! The staff was attentive and efficient and the place was quiet and comfortable. We shall return!

Although we were staying at a nearby hotel, we drove over to the Country Inn and Suites to have dinner at their Beacon Hill restaurant. Good choice! A very pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, very friendly server and good food. Husband enjoyed a prime rib sandwich and my turkey stacker with real mashed potatoes was also very good. I had a glass... I'll admit we don't usually eat at hotel restaurants, but we'd spent the day driving through rain and it was still raining. Walking indoors to eat sounded wonderful. And we had coupons for food and drinks. So we were pleasantly surprised that this restaurant was as good as it was. I had the chicken pot pie which was very good.... More

Only stopped for a drink. Ordered a mojito - bartender know how to make it. Ordered a strawberry marquerita - it was awful. Couldn't even drink it.

Ate here with three others while staying at the hotel. We all thought the food was very good, as was the service. There are a lot of great places to eat in Lincoln, and this wouldn't be my first choice, but it was a good place to have lunch or a drink before heading out to see the sights.

We had been traveling all day and wanted a relaxing meal after we checked into our hotel. Beacon Hill was right there so we didn't have to get out again. The spinach artichoke dip was a tasty appetizer. Our meals were well prepared and presented. I had Italian sausage lasagna, which was very tasty and the serving was more than... More

The food was good nothing really great. The best part is that my wife has allergies to foods in the onion family and cucumber. The waiter we had made sure that what we ordered didn't have any of those products in the ingredients, and did it with a cheerful attitude.
