Was told at the hotel they have a prime rib special on Friday night. We found the special to be delicious! Best prime rib ever

We happened to stop by on burger buffet night and were treated to an excellent meal! The burgers were generous, not your typical size. The side dishes exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stop by again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal at a reasonable price.

For some reason uncle eds just doesn't se to be doing a great business. Italy be the location but usuasly most folks will drive 'some distance' if the atmosphere is good, the srtvice is good and good great . So what conclusion would you come to?

We practically broke down the door at 5:00 we were so hungry after a day of watching the Sandhill Cranes between Kearney and Grand Island. We were warmly greeted, shown to a table, and treated to excellent food and service. The steaks were very well prepared with your choice of seasoning and cooked to the temperature ordered. The salad dressings were... More

I found some unique items on the menu that I haven't seen in other Steak Houses. An appetizer that was amazing was a Bacon Bistro - slices of pickled eggs, pork belly, and sauce on a flat bread. Another that sounded interesting is the Mediterranean Bruschetta - that I will have to try on another visit. The Burgandy Sirloin Tips... More

The food was delicious, but we were first given a very dingy waitress who had no idea of what she was supposed to do. However, the manager intervened and gave us great service after we mentioned our concerns about the other waitress.

If you like a good steak, seasoned to perfection, then Uncle Eds is for you. Ed cuts and ages his own beef and cooks it to perfection. Hamburgers are great, along with pork chops, chicken and fish. Nothing fast food about this restaurant.

My husband and I made reservations at Ed's for Valentine's Day. We knew ahead of time they were having a prime rib and crab legs buffet, so although we did not ask the price, we figured it would be pretty pricey. We were there early and seated right away. The atmosphere was nice - cozy, they had the lighting down... More

This was an OK restaurant in the heartland area, but was way higher than any other steakhouses in the area. Waitstaff wasn't all that great either:( The steaks are of course good, how can you go wrong with Nebraska beef!!! Over all the experience was just OK......just glad I was escorted by 3 good looking men:-) Drinks were pretty pricey... More

Recommended by the hotel clerk and it's a winner. Steaks are excellent, relaxed atmosphere and prices would be doulbe in any major metro city. A must stop in Grand Island.
