Grated, it was a holiday weekend, but it was packed...a sign of good food. Waited about 10 minutes for a table for four, but the service was great once seated. Good variety, adequate portions, and they kept the coffee cups filled.

My family had dinner at Loula's in August 2014. We have enjoyed breakfast there once before and it was a very good experience - the food and service were exceptional, but as to be expected on a Sunday morning, there was a significant wait. Our dinner was very good also. The 5 in our party enjoyed their food, the service... More

Enjoyed lunch one day and breakfast another. Food was very good, the mocha much enjoyed, and the gluten free huckleberry cobbler was delicious (and very tart!). The staff is ready to adjust for allergies and there are many gluten free options available on the menu. I anticipate we will eat here again when back in town. You can tell it... More

We often drop in to Loula's, either for breakfast or for dinner. The place is always busy for breakfast/brunch - with a line-up at both entrances to the restaurant. Make sure you flag down a server to put your name on the wait-list! However, the food is great, albeit a bit slow coming. Fresh baked goods, and the pie is... More

We asked a local guide where to get Huckleberry pie and were directed to Loula's. Absolutely fantastic pie. Light tender flaky crust and perfectly cooked berries. The selection was huge - at least 20 different pies. This is the closet pie to the homemade pie that my grandmother used to make. Good serving size. A must go for desert or... More

I've patronized Loula's for years, as a regular seasonal visitor to the Whitefish-Kalispell area. My standby dish is the Bighorn, which is eggs to order, atop a pile of house potatoes with ground sausage. The potatoes have various fresh sauted vegetables intermixed with the perfectly cooked red potatoes, and the overall effect of this dish from the menu makes this... More

My wife, son and his GF went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We got there around 8 am, so we beat the crowd. Our server was prompt with coffee, water, juices and the menu. That was the end of the prompt. We waited approx 25 minutes for our four meals to arrive. My wife had the veggie Benedict. I... More

I am an admitted 'sucker' for house specialties...so when we selected Loula's for a late lunch, I was totally intrigued by the purported house-specialty of the lemon-filled french toast dish (available until 2:30PM). I opted for the full order (and glad that I did, since it was only $2 more...and filled me up for another meal as well) and I... More

We recently went to Glacier National Park and frequented a restaurant recommended by guide books for their great Huckleberry pie. THEN we happened upon Loula's. THIS RESTAURANT has hands down the best pie and breakfast in the area! And it is so cute! The restaurant's owners bought the Masonic Temple years ago and opened Loula's in the downstairs area. The... After a long drive from Moraine Lake. Staff made it clear we should take our time and not worry about closing time. Very good Rueben and French dip sandwiches. Excellent huckleberry and peach pie-- really hit the spot
