So you're walking around, looking for a refreshment after swimming in the Lake or dessert after a great meal in Downtown Whitefish. Go to Sweet Peaks for ice cream and you won't be disappointed. We've been to this one and the one in Kalispell. I think the service in Whitefish is better.

This is one of those places that sticks to what it knows, and does it well. The shop is small, worn down from foot traffic with signs of spilt ice cream here and there, along with some old tables. Residual artifacts from Mom and Dad handing there child their first ice-cream. Only moments later to watch it go splat from... More

I was less than impressed with the flavors of my double dip - salted caramel - barely tasted either flavor, and chocolate - not that rich deep chocolate flavor that lasts in your mouth although it looked nice and dark. Maybe specific flavors are great??? They did have some specialty flavors - did not tempt me. For all the hype... More

We enjoyed this ice cream shop so much we went twice in a week! They are open everyday and have some interesting specialty ice creams. I would definitely recommend the Huckleberry!

I'm weird - yes, I admit it - I normally don't like ice cream because I hate cold food. I loved this place - the ice cream was sensational - and the price ($2.00 for a single scoop cone) was almost comical. What was even better was the service - even though its a bunch of young ladies (high school/college... More

This place is amazing. I had the Mango Sorbet. It was delicious. I've heard the Huckleberry ice cream is really good to. The service was great and friendly and the atmosphere was good to. I would love to go back. We ate there after walking around down town Whitefish. It really cooled us off. I hope you get a chance... More

Sweet Peaks ice cream was terrific; this is from someone who is from the land of Graeter’s. The coconut was a personal favorite., but other combination were more inventive. At $2 a single, $3 a double you can indulge yourself on a summer evening and not feel guilty so long as you don’t think about the calories.

You have to try the huckleberry ice cream after having dinner downtown. Lots of outside seating to enjoy the evening.

Was in Whitefish walking around downtown and happened to notice Sweet Peaks. There were people sitting out front on the sidewalk and along side of the building. I decided I would have to try it and see what the crowd was about. Long line moves very fast and before I knew it, I had my Huckleberry ice cream in a... More

If you are looking for the freshest ice cream and service , look no further. There is always a line when you pass by this establishment and for a very good reason. It is the best place for ice cream anywhere in the Flathead valley unless you end up at another Sweet Peaks location! End of story!
