The food was delicious and the atmosphere warm and elegant. We were glad to be able to make reservations on Open Table.

Smoked trout benedict for breakfast, excellent. Terrific value on jumbo shrimp and crablegs at their regular seafood buffet. Teh authentic furnishings and vintage prints add to the comfortable feel.

I was at this restaurant twice. Once in the summer and once in the winter and both times I found the food very disappointing and over priced. The claim to fame is the beautiful view of the lake and the chance to see the sunset on the patio.

One of my favorite places to go, especially when the weather allows siting out on the deck. There aren't very many nice lake front restaurants like this one in the Flathead valley.

We had excellent service but the menu has changed since I was last there. Chicken is the same price as steak and seafood! Smaller portions but the prices have gone up and wasn't especially impressed with the meal I had- big disappointment because the location and atmosphere is beautiful!

The salmon dinner as perfectly cooked, served at the correct temperature along with a just right portion of tasty vegetables. (All this to a group of 35 at once.) Huckleberry dessert was very tasty, too. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The view of the large lake at sunset is stunningly beautiful from the windows and the connected wood deck.

Need I say more? Beautiful location and accommodation, we stayed here over the long weekend and were very happy with the friendliness of the hotel staff. The restaurant and food on the other hand was a great disappointment. Except for the necessary after skiing drink, we won't waste our money. I have stayed and eaten at this place a number of times over the years. The food is always consistent - and while nothing extraordinary for the seasoned gourmand, it's exactly what you'd expect at a lodge like this. I will be back for sure!

We stayed at the Lodge for a wedding, and spent quite a bit of time in The Boat Club. Just for cocktails and snacks (wings and pizza) as we were busy with other things.
