Four "shared plates" was plenty of dinner for 3 of us!

The menu was somewhat limited. Several entrees. Several small plates. We decided to order four of the small "shared plates:" calamari, fire-roasted broccoli, margherita pizza (9") and Polpetta Pizza (meatball). Only one of us liked the meatball pizza--the meatballs were sliced thin but not every... read more

Latitude 48 was recommended to us by Chris at the Garden Wall Inn. He arranged a booking for us as this lovely restaurant is typically very busy. We oped for a selection of shared plates (4 between two of us was ample). Everything was delicious. The waitress was very helpful as well and directed us to a lovely Zinfandel to... More

We made a reservation for this place last night since we'd been there before and really enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately when we showed up for our dinner we were given quite likely the worst table in the place. When we asked for a better table we were informed there was nothing they could do for us. It's sad because we... More

Beautiful looking restaurant which caused me to think it would be more upscale than it was. Started with a cocktail - the list is interesting and extensive. We opted to do some sharing plates. Our server came by but she would just stand there looking at us waiting for us to speak. It felt very odd and it kept happening.... More

We had our kids (ages 8 and 10) and they accommodated us nicely without really having a kids menu. Service was fast and waitress was attentive.

Completely over rated with questionable service and adequate cuisine.., not terrible but far from great. If you can afford the drive to either Cafe Kandahar or Stillwater Fish House I'd recommend you do so.

Gourmet food.... Their with my boyfriend for valentines weekend. We had 2 drinks, a starter, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts for 80$. The portions were a little on the smaller side because it is gourmet, but for the price and the flavour was delicious. We both agreed it was the best meal either of us had! Service was wonderful too!... More

The wine was very bad guality at $11 a glass. We left it on the table. Told the server and she said you should have told me earlier. No adjustment or offer of something else. The Mahi was undercooked and smelled old. The gnocchi entrée was the smallest portion for $18 I had ever seen. Do not go to this... More

Opens promptly at 5PM. Walk-ins welcome. Very friendly. Be sure to consider all of the specials, including the soups and bites. We enjoyed a pizza, the garlic soup, the grilled Caesar, and the sirloin bite.

I love everything about this place! I have eaten here about 10 times and have never had a single bad experience in any way. They also have the best menu of in restaurant in downtown whitefish.
