Description: Pescado Blanco: Mountain Mexican KitchenThe cuisine we are creating is not like the typical Mexican fare you may have had before. We gather our culinary style from a geographical region extending from Southern Mexico to Northern Montana developing a unique mountain Mexican fusion. All of our menu items are handmade from the fresh salsas to the hand-pressed tortillas. This restaurant is about using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and blending flavors and the cultures.

We made reservations and when we arrived the hostess acted clueless. Said she needed to seat other people first. About a 5 min wait and there were several tables open that we could see but they didn't ever seat them all. We got seated and our server took drink orders. My friend ordered a margarita and The server said "you... More

Like all places in Whitefish, this place is busy! Friday night was no exception. But the hostess said it would be approx 30 minutes. She nailed it to the minute. The staff are knowledgable about what they are serving and are willing to find out whats in a dish. But the food is just OK, nothing special. Shrimp Diablo was gloppy,... I loved the atmosphere of this amazing restaurant. The menu was awesome, with some cool twists on classic Mexican items. I enjoyed my time there, they even stayed open a little late for us, thank you! Great place

This restaurant is located in a building that looks like a single-family house. Strange zoning rules in Montana. But the food and service are excellent. It was very busy when we were there for dinner, but the service was still quick. The Chili Relleno should be definitely tried. The Taco Verduras and the Honey-Cumin Coho Salmon were equally good. They... More

Best I've had. We had a large group so it took awhile to get seated and served. But the food was very good. Highly recommend.

First of all, the food was good. If you have a lot of patience you will be happy you came. However, we came the first night (without a reservation). There were at least 10 empty tables (that we could see) and they were very short staffed. They said it would be a 10 minute wait. After 45 minutes we left.... More

Fresh food, great homemade carrot-habanero sauce, and interning menu offerings. I wish they served liquor - margaritas were on the menu but Pescado does not have a liquor license so the margaritas were malt-based. The namesake whitefish tacos were excellent!

One of our favourite restaurants in Whitefish. Food was excellent! Our server this time was below par (didn't seem like she wanted to tell any of the patrons what the special was and if it was for the support staff - bus person, and hostess, etc., we wouldn't have been taken care of - maybe she was new?). Food was... More
