Best Place For Two to Sit at the Bar!

There's a cute little nook in the corner of the bar that I love to sit at but get there early! It tends to get taken : ) My girlfriends and I love their southwestern Mexican cuisine- an appetizer and a drink are enough to fill, have a special get together for girls night and spend under $20! OK, it is a Mexican restaurant so we want a Margarita, well they are not made from Tequila because they can only sell beer and wine! Well, don't call them a Margarita then. Jim had a Dos Equus which was fine but not a margarita. The tortilla soup was very good. I ordered a sangria and the server never brought... More

Not your traditional tacos and enchiladas. The Mexican food served here is delightfully different, yet not so different that ingredients are not traditional. Lovely plates, great service.

I love this place. I have eaten here a few times and it has been delicious every time. The chef is a master. The food is always perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned and perfectly presented. The special of the day is a creation that is not on the menu and it has never disappointed. Yum, yum, yum!

My wife and I were visiting Whitefish on a weekend getaway and were looking for a nice cozy place to eat. We decided on Pescado Blanco. I wanted it to be good, it sounded really good from the reviews, but it went wrong on so many levels. Everything was fine up till we ordered. My wife got the nachos and... More

I asked the server if I could get white corn tortillas on my dish, they were advertised just as "corn", I saw that other menu choices had white corn, she said I couldn't request white corn on my dish, then came back and said that's all they served, she didn't know. We ordered the elk chorizo poppers and the kitchen... More

Whitefish has many great restaurants, but the aptly named Pescado Blanco is one we always return to. The "Mountain Mexican Kitchen" twist means you'll find more rustic proteins like bison, duck and elk on the menu, along with abundant seafood and gluten-free options. You can't go wrong with the homemade guacamole and tortas, the salt roasted beet salad, elk chorizo... More

We were pretty excited about this restaurant. Maybe that swayed our opinion a little. Living in Fernie and being spoiled by the Mexican here, we just couldn't give this place a huge thumbs up. Its was average. Still good, but average.
