Description: Pescado Blanco: Mountain Mexican KitchenThe cuisine we are creating is not like the typical Mexican fare you may have had before. We gather our culinary style from a geographical region extending from Southern Mexico to Northern Montana developing a unique mountain Mexican fusion. All of our menu items are handmade from the fresh salsas to the hand-pressed tortillas. This restaurant is about using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and blending flavors and the cultures.

We were celebrating a special friend's birthday, so the evening was special to us. The room was very live with sound so that no conversation could ever be private. That was disappointing. You could literally reach over and touch the person at the next table. The salsa was great. Chips were so-so. Mango hot sauce was great. The waitress seemed... More

Family of 5, each tried something different, and each was excellent. Restaurant was nicely appointed, clean, with great and attentive service. Portions were good, everyone left quite full.

We recently went to Pescado Blanco for a nice dinner out.... unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. The service was very slow. The menu SOUNDED fantastic and they had a lot of really unique dishes so we were very excited about that. However, when our food came we were disappointed with the taste of the food -... More

Elk empenadas and bison enchiladas. Need I say more? Service was a little slow, but they warned us when we arrived. So we had a drink at the bar and waited for the kitchen to catch up.

We made reservations and when we arrived the hostess acted clueless. Said she needed to seat other people first. About a 5 min wait and there were several tables open that we could see but they didn't ever seat them all. We got seated and our server took drink orders. My friend ordered a margarita and The server said "you... More

Like all places in Whitefish, this place is busy! Friday night was no exception. But the hostess said it would be approx 30 minutes. She nailed it to the minute. The staff are knowledgable about what they are serving and are willing to find out whats in a dish. But the food is just OK, nothing special. Shrimp Diablo was gloppy,... I loved the atmosphere of this amazing restaurant. The menu was awesome, with some cool twists on classic Mexican items. I enjoyed my time there, they even stayed open a little late for us, thank you! Great place

This restaurant is located in a building that looks like a single-family house. Strange zoning rules in Montana. But the food and service are excellent. It was very busy when we were there for dinner, but the service was still quick. The Chili Relleno should be definitely tried. The Taco Verduras and the Honey-Cumin Coho Salmon were equally good. They... More

Best I've had. We had a large group so it took awhile to get seated and served. But the food was very good. Highly recommend.

First of all, the food was good. If you have a lot of patience you will be happy you came. However, we came the first night (without a reservation). There were at least 10 empty tables (that we could see) and they were very short staffed. They said it would be a 10 minute wait. After 45 minutes we left.... More
