A local place with picnic tables inside. Breakfast is good. For abt $10 they"ll fix you a sack lunch for the park.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch before heading back to Yellowstone NP. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but with 'Bakery' and 'Deli' in the name, we thought we'd give it a try, as we both love baked goods and deli sandwiches. There wasn't much in the bakery department when we were there, but we... More

Recommended by our hotel so we ordered 1 sandwich to go (done on french bread and made fresh)$9 + tax and 1 premade for $7 plus tax. Both were to take on our day into the Park and were Ok but I think overpriced for what we got. However they do sell 100% juice which is great and the cherry... More

We talked to several of the locals and all of them told us this is where they go to get there lunch when heading into Yellowstone. We got there early and there is a expansive selection of different sandwiches and toppings. After that first day we had to go back the next it was just the perfect lunch while seeing... More

Have been going to Ernie's for YEARS eating only lunch until this past fall when my husband suggested we check it out for breakfast because our buddy Gary LOVES it...well Gary was right...this place ROCKS for breakfast. Come hungry and leave happy.

After spending 2 days in Yellowstone eating National Park Service food, we were looking for something different. On the suggestion of a local business owner, we went to Ernie's for lunch. This busy little place had a wonderful variety of sandwiches that were prepared while you wait. My grilled cheese with veggies was one of the best sandwiches I've ever... More

Just a random stop on our drive from MT to CA. Not much to choose from on a Sunday in that little area. Ernie's was just right. Simple, good, well prepared breakfast food. They served lunch, soup, salads and a variety of other dishes. Everything seems to be made fresh to order. Many people came in and took orders to... More

Each day Ernie's started our day off right. Armed with a god cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich, we would head off to watch an elk herd just inside Yellowstone. The staff at Ernie's was friendly and helpful. The food was tastey, fresh and kept us full for the morning's adventures. When we are back in West Yellowstone, we... More

We visited Yellowstone in the off-season. The good thing about the off-season is that the crowds are far smaller. The challenging thing is that many, or most of the concessions in the park are closed, including the food concessions. We decided that it would be smart to buy our lunch ahead of time and take it with us. We tried... More
