We love a good burger and an excellent pizza with a good red wine is to be enjoyed with gusto. But after days of hard driving and fast food me and my husband craved a sit down restaurant with attentive service and food that is actually prepared with a bit of an elevated skill. We found all of this at... More

I have never been to a restaurant that had to recook a steak twice because it was cold am but then to gave to start over again a new steak, which they still couldn't get right. It was awful to say the least! Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Serenity Bistro is the "other" restaurant (in addition to Madison Crossing) that promises a fine dining experience in West Yellowstone. It is a smaller restaurant in an unassuming building. Late in the season, we arrived without reservations and were promptly seated. In addition to their regular menu, there were several specials. Both our starters and entrees were very good. Service... We had dinner for the second time in two years at the serenity Bistro. While it is probably the priciest dinner in town, it is also the best meal for the dollar in town. We will definitely eat here in the future.

A group of us went for dinner at Serenity, in West Yellowstone, Montana two weeks ago. The hotel told us it was a good restaurant but we felt it was the worst we have been to. The staff was really rude and uncooperative and the service was terrible. I am giving one star only because I can't give negative stars.... More

I was a bit hesitant, but it was recommended by the hotel staff... the outside isn't much to look at and the decor is rather dated. But the waitress and waiter were very friendly and polite, with an interesting background music... russian, french, and?) We had the buffalo tortelini and it was delicious! the meat was tender and well seasoned,... More

Went here on recommendation of our hotel. We did not have a reservation and had to queue outside on the street in the cold for about 30 mins. to get a seat. It is very popular. Food was excellent. My husband had a rack of lamb and I had pork chops. Both of which were delicious as was the pie... More

My husband and I ate here our first night in West Yellowstone after two really long exhausting days of travel. We went on the recommendation of his sister otherwise I wouldn't have risked it! It's a tiny little place in the midst of all the tourist shops and looks like nothing from the outside. We got there a few minutes... More

We visited the Serenity Bistro our first and last nights in West Yellowstone. Our experiences were a little different on the two occasions. The first visit was fantastic. We went early (between 5 and 5:30 pm) and were seated and greeted promptly. On the second visit we were about an hour later and there was a different hostess and wait... More

We ate here the first night and were pleased with the food. The service was quick. We were given lots of ice water which I loved. The staff were attentive. The table next to us were given cloth napkins maybe a VIP? We received paper napkins and not enough for the meal we had. We all should receive cloth napkins... More
