I was travelling with my parents who only wanted Chinese food, so we opted for this restaurant since the other Chinese restaurant was jam-packed. This was a bad idea. We ordered: 1. Curry coconut shrimp 2. Mushroom Chicken 3. Special hotpot 4. Mixed vegetables They were all pretty bland, and tasted very, very similar. (check out the pictures, the dishes... More

I don't know what possessed me to go for Chinese in West Yellowstone, I guess I was feeling adventurous. This place was horrible. The meat was tough, the spring rolls were greasy and overcooked, even the water tasted bad. And it was expensive. I should have known better....

We entered the restaurant after coming out of the Playmill theater down the street along with numerous other guests. All of the parties were seated quickly and were promptly greeted. We had our food within five minutes of sitting down- which was very good!

My friends and I stayed in West Yellowstone for a week last month. We had our first dinner at Red Lotus. The restaurant was small and overcrowded with tourists bringing in by tour buses. It took a long time for the waiter to take our order of six dishes. We waited for almost an hour for our first four dishes.... More

Nothing fancy. The place was packed (of course, it was a Friday night in a tourist town - lots of Asian tour bus diners). Got seated and served right away. We had a party of three. All entrees were hot and tasty. Stay away from the corn soup, though.......disgusting!

Seated quickly in a packed restaurant. Friendly waitress. Food came out quickly & was hot. Somewhat overpriced but expected in tourist town. $18.00 Combo D average taste-3 large fried shrimp, szechuan beef, pork fried rice, egg roll, corn soup. I have had better & have had worse.

Our family enjoys eating at Red Lotus on a regular basis. Food and service are exceptional. We do try to go early as the place is often packed out with bus tours. Prefer lunch menu...plenty enough food and reasonable price.

Rated best for area and had lots of Chinese diners (tour buses) if you use that as an indication of quality. Menu with very typical Chinese dishes but each several $$ higher than we have seen in "big" cities: Austin, TX, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA for example. We ordered 2 Chef's Specials: Red Lotus Beef and a "combination"... More

This place was packed, mostly with Chinese people so we decided to give it a go. The food was ok, the service swift and the portions fine, but when the bill came there were a number of figures at the bottom of the bill and a smiley face drawn over them which obscured what these figures were. When I finally... More

Good service and nice decor. They accommodated an off the menu request, and the result was good. My wife was unimpressed by here Lo Mein dish.
