Usually when you walk into a Chinese restaurant you are served crispy noodles with sweet & sour sauce, hot mustard and a pot of tea. None of this happened. They had no beer or wine either. We both got a combination plate and ordered a pot of tea. While the food was just average, it was quite pricey.

Food was excellent, although a little pricey. Our family of 3 chose two combination plates and it was plenty for all of us. Very boisterous tour-bus crowd. Recommend take-out rather than eat-in.

Just finished lunch at the Red Lotus. Great service and excellent food. This is the place to go for authentic and American style Chinese food. A little pricey, but that is to be expected in West Yellowstone.

Ate here around 1:00 on weekday so did not encounter the busy. I had beef with pea pods. The pea pods were crisp and delicious the beef was good also not chewy like some places. The corn soup was good. My mom had the sweet and sour chicken it was also good. We really liked the fried rice too!

I had a great meal of beef and broccoli. Dined with 2 friends. One said that his meal was cold. The other liked her food.

A lot of the tours that cater to the Oriental travelers bring their customers here, but the real issue is the tour guides. We were waiting for a table for four and as that table was prepped 3 tour guides plopped themselves down with no consideration for the line. It seems they eat for free since they bring their customers... More

I was travelling with my parents who only wanted Chinese food, so we opted for this restaurant since the other Chinese restaurant was jam-packed. This was a bad idea. We ordered: 1. Curry coconut shrimp 2. Mushroom Chicken 3. Special hotpot 4. Mixed vegetables They were all pretty bland, and tasted very, very similar. (check out the pictures, the dishes... More

I don't know what possessed me to go for Chinese in West Yellowstone, I guess I was feeling adventurous. This place was horrible. The meat was tough, the spring rolls were greasy and overcooked, even the water tasted bad. And it was expensive. I should have known better....

We entered the restaurant after coming out of the Playmill theater down the street along with numerous other guests. All of the parties were seated quickly and were promptly greeted. We had our food within five minutes of sitting down- which was very good!

My friends and I stayed in West Yellowstone for a week last month. We had our first dinner at Red Lotus. The restaurant was small and overcrowded with tourists bringing in by tour buses. It took a long time for the waiter to take our order of six dishes. We waited for almost an hour for our first four dishes.... More
