Without a doubt, the best food in West Yellowstone. Most definately worth the 3 minute drive from town. James, the owner/chef prepares the most delicious food you will ever eat. Everything is fresh and orginal. Wether you want a simple burger to lobster rolls and lobster bisque, he can make it. Prices are much cheaper also than what you will... More

Service was slow and breakfast was average. Kind of a far drive out of town for nothing special. Prices were reasonable tho for what we got. Maybe they just need another waiter to speed things along.

If you're an aviation nut, you have to come here. Even if you're not, you'll hopefully appreciate the aviation memorabilia and historical decor that this quaint airport cafe offers. The food here, however, is probably the most compelling reason to drive a bit north of town as you will not be disappointed. The owner/chef is clearly dedicated to his craft... More

Found this gem on tripadvisor, and decided to give it a try for breakfast. The lobster and omelet with hash browns were super! In fact, so good we went back for dinner. Since they close at 6:00pm for dinner, James gave us his card and told us that if we were on the edge of making it, we could give... More

We read the reviews and wanted to try eating at the Smoke Jumpers Cafe. We called @ 430 PM from the Norris area of Yellowstone and James answered the phone and told us we would lose cell reception shortly and to call back as we hit the west gate. We were trying to make it before he closed. We called... More

Wow! What a great little place. Based on the recommendation of our campground host, we gave this a try and sure glad we did. We're full-time traveling across the USA in an RV and have had a hard time finding good food in touristy areas. This place did not disappoint! We had burgers and they were the best we had... More

This little cafe is without question the best place for breakfast or lunch if you are visiting West Yellowstone and Yellowstone Park. Its only 2 miles north of town at the tiny airport. You will always find a hardworking lad named James in the kitchen or behind the counter. He takes true pride in his menu and his food. He... More

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) flew into West Yellowstone via private plane and decided to eat at the restaurant on-field, SmokeJumpers Cafe. I had the Jalapeño burger and my husband and kids had the chicken strips! The food was amazing the best burger I've had and the chicken strips were better than anything we've ever had. I would highly... More

My wife and I specifically went to Smokejumper Café because of the positive reviews and the need for gluten free food. We are so glad that we did! We split a burger and fish & chips, and loved it! The food tasted terrific, and we'd go there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it to everyone.
