Nice option in West Yellowstone

A nicer option in an area with limited options; My husband liked his flat iron entree; I was not as big a fan of the bison burger. We went at 6:30pm on a Thursday and were promptly seated and had great service. They don't take reservations but you can call and they will put you on a "wait list... read more

Tonight, my husband and I were so looking forward to enjoying our dinner at Madison Crossing in West Yellowstone. We started our meal with a friendly waiter and a welcoming smile.....that is where the evening started going south..we ordered the recommended smoked trout bruschetta for appetizers....nothing remarkable......bruschetta that must of been toasted when the chef woke up.....so hard I could... The flat iron steak was excellent, as was the chicken. They were featuring an Italian wine the night we were there, and it was outstanding. We would definitely return.

This was the first school ever build and now it's a restaurant with shops and art galleries. Though it was pouring outside the place was packed. My husband ordered the elk meatloaf with mash potatoes and I ordered the flank steak with chimichurri. Both were fantastic. He lived his and I loved mine. My steak was cooked to perfection and... Simple but good food. Nothing fancy. Reasonable prices. Good service. Cosy interior. Good address for an everyday diner.

I started with old faithful ale ($4) and my wife had a Cosmo ($7). We shared a trout bruschetta ($10) which was very good. It came with wedges of pita bread. My wife had veggie lasagna which was very good ($19). It came with two large slices of garlic bread. I decided to be adventurous and ordered elk steak with... More

One of the better options in West Yellowstone. Shrimp scampi was excellent, trout was good, buffalo nachos were greasy. Nice wine and beer options.

The only reason this place gets two stars is because of the service. Drinks were pretty good. My food was cold and tasted like boxed macaroni. It was supposed to be Cajun and had less flavor than Kraft. They made me a new one and my date had been done eating for 5 minutes. They still charged us the whole... More

I had the Caesar Salad, Flat-Iron Steak with Chimichurri sauce (only have this if you like garlic!), and Huckleberry Sundae. All were very tasty and well presented. Washed down with a bottle of Decoy Cabernet-Sauvignon. Staff were friendly and service was prompt
