We ate here twice during our 4 day stay. We affectionately referred to Las Palmitas as the taco bus as it is in a bus! Lots of choices! We tried the enchiladas, quesadillas, and the tacos and all were very good! Plenty of vegetarian choices also.

The reviews are right. This little bus serves up some good Mexican food. Hubby had #44 - great tasting pork. Want to try the 6 tacos for $9.99 for a cheap supper.

Here on vacation. Saw the rating on TripAdvisor. It's true! 5 Stars. Best street tacos. Couldn't stop eating. So good! Hot sauce is great. Don't come to yellowstone without having this for lunch or dinner.

I had the green chile enchilada plate and hubby the super burrito. EXCELLENT and fair price. We ate inside the bus as a little cool outside. Best green chile outside of New Mexico!

huge line to order food. Only one cook working through the orders, so it does take a little time to get food. I liked the set up, a bus parked in a street address. The chicken in our order was just plain bland, no seasoning what so ever. They did provide hot sauce on the side, but that does not... More

Let's be real, West Yellowstone is a big tourist trap and everyone knows it. But I was so surprised to find this place (AKA The Taco Bus). Six tacos for like $9 or something. Had carne asada, pollo and some pork - SO GOOD. Very quick and awesome setup with the seats inside the bus. Also, they've got real Mexican... More

This place was a nice find. We enjoyed this place the most out of our West Yellowstone dining venues, so much so that we went back for a second visit. We got the street tacos both times. They're not the absolute best tacos I've ever had, but they were above-average in the greater taco universe. Beware the tourist premium, though.... More
