We had a reservation and were not impressed with the service. I ordered a steak, which was not very good and my husband had fish. The prices were high and the food was underwhelming. I liked the seating area and flowers around the place but will not return.

Lovely summer night in the garden at the Laughing Horse. We were welcomed by Kathleen and her staff and made comfortable. The three restaurant dogs were snoozing in the yard and occasionally visiting the tables to check out the action. We shared plates of the mushrooms cooked with Gorgonzola sauce to begin. Two of us had linguine ala pesto -... More

Would love to stay here, but have had the great pleasure to dine at Laughing Horse. The restaurant is warm and welcoming, complete with a couple of lovable (but not interfering) dogs. The menu is always different, clever and unique and everything tastes exquisite! The owner, whose art decorates the walls, is charming, and the decor a homey, Montana-like lodge.... More

We had made a reservation for dinner with my parents and friends visiting from San Francisco. We were kept waiting even with our reservation. Then we were told they were out of most everything and were waiting to close. I will never go back!!

Cabin atmosphere and great upscale menu! It is a little out of the way, but the drive there is gorgeous.

Delightful menu, full of never-tried fare and a knockout winelist makes this an unexpected gem in the most surprising location...

When we entered, the sign on the board said "special price on all opened wines." We checked - what a sophisticated and varied wine list! Same for the menu - wide variety of dishes, all well prepared, according to our group of six. Service was professional and swift. Does this sound like a restaurant far from any city? No, it... More

If you're in the neighborhood of Glacier National Park, treat yourself to dining and lodging at Laughing Horse Lodge. It looks like a roadhouse, a honkytonk. Like chili and dogs and chili dogs. Inside it is cozy and intimate. The menu is not what you expect either, offering sophisticated appetizers like cambozola with honey sauce and dates, crimini mushrooms in... More

This a fav of my inlaws and it did not disappoint Friday night. Our party of seven was quickly seated at a reserved and prepared table. Service was very good although it was a busy night. I had the Soba noodle cake dish with chicken which was unusual but very tasty. Others had the various burger options which are huge.... More
