I love the Escargo, but the restraurant has moved to Kalispell. This restaurant had real character. Now in Kalispell it is called the Frog Leaf. The atmosphere is not the same.

Tiebuckers has shut down, and the people who owned it opened up Tree Frog Tavern in Kalispell! Tree Frog Tavern in located in the old Sizzler's off of Highway 2 just west of Meridian.

Food and service was excellent. Waitresses and owner very friendly. Great piano music on Friday evening.

Same day service. Fresh ingredients as can be! When asked for a drink you really get a full glas of good Chardonnay. Not a half a cuppa. Salmon speciality was very tasteful.

At the recommendation of our B&B host, we visited this local establishment. One of the owners, Barry, operates the bar and his wife is the head cook. Barry is very outgoing to say the least and we really enjoyed our evening....lots of laughter and the food was good too.

Not sure what happened to Tiebuckers. We went there a few years ago and it was great. We finally had the opportunity to go back and what a disappointment. The atmosphere had changed dramatically. And one of the owners kept standing around staring at us. The food (fish and chips) was horrible; I couldn't even finish it and it took... More

Good food in a pleasant atmosphere. The host is genial and the service was attentive. The dining room does not seat many customers, but we did not need a reservation in October to have a choice of tables

Turn of the 20th century home turned into a pub/restaurant reminiscent of a Old West saloon, complete with friendly piano player. The bartender walks through all the time, telling stories while never letting your glass go empty. The steaks were fantastic and cooked exactly as ordered. Will go back anytime I'm near there.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding, the front desk staff at the Best Western recommended Tiebuckers, in nearby Somers, for dinner. Winner! The atmosphere was awesome, there was a lady playing an old piano, the food was great and the prices were even better. Then cross the road and head over to Del's bar - great... More
