Great food and service

Our waitress was very patient with the small children and attentive to everyone's needs. The food was great and service excellent. No empty cups or glasses ever. I would definition recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Prices were average.

I love to go here for breakfast. Ask for the Alison or the local. They also make awesome bloody mary's if you're in the mood. If you're looking for a homemade slice of pie, this is the place. In fact, I'm not sure where you can get a slice other than the cafe!

It appears that this is where the locals eat! Probably a good sign. We had breakfast and it was very good. Coffee had good flavor. My omelet was great, however American cheese was used (I prefer real cheddar). My husband had the side pork and eggs, which was very good. Friendly staff!

Recommended to us by the desk clerk at the Rock Creek Resort when we told her we were looking for an eggs and bacon breakfast. I doubt that anything in this cafe has changed in over 50 years except the prices on the menu. We had eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes and they were just what we expected and needed.... More

Small town cafe. Had breakfast there and it was great. Hometown atmosphere. I liked it. Located on main street and full of locals. Always a good sign!

This is a little town with not much going on specially on a Sunday morning but this place was open and it was great. The food is fresh and hot, quite a number of selections for breakfast, good, hot coffee and if you are lucky enough to be there when they bake fresh cinnamon rolls, don't leave without sampling one.... When was the last time you ordered an omelet for $8? Which might not have been so bad if it included eggs and meat. There were extra charges for everything. There was a 'bird flu' charge per egg. Oh and you wanted something in the omelet? There was a meat charge of $2.00. I think by the time I got... More

we went here after no help at the snag bar, it was great, my wife had the chicken fried steak, and it was bigger than the plate, with two kinds of gravy (just to see which one she liked) I had a cold beer and a burger and fries and they were great, the lady who waited on us was... More

We ate here with our children after a day exploring Yellowstone. They offer a children"s menu verbally if you ask about it. Good burgers, sandwiches, and a pasta bar on Wednesdays. They have hand made shakes and home made pies. Look for the Iconic Tepee sign on the main street.
