It just doesn't get better then the Pollard. No reservation needed at the pub. The food is great and the music was fun. This was our second visit and both times were a great experience. Friendly service and good food. We ordered corn chowder and it was different then any chowder I've had, with a muffin that was moist and... More

We were tired and decided to eat at the hotel. Simple menu, but good food and service. Good drinks from bar.

Really enjoyed our time at the Pollard's Pub. Good bands on Friday and Saturday nights. The food was really good and came out pretty quickly. I especially liked their mashed sweet potatoes - almost had to order an extra side of them! The staff and the manager there, Jed, is super helpful and friendly. Great place to check out, especially... More

We stayed at the Pollard, so this was a relaxing, nice atmosphere, for a night cap. The staff was nice.

I stopped by to have a glass of wine after getting into town and immediately started talking to a number of people-everyone is very friendly. Callie, the bartended and waitress, multi-tasks and does it well! My friend and I ate there a few nights later and the food was good as well. The venue appears to be very authentic and... More

We stayed at the Pollard in September; we chose to have dinner at Bogart's across the street, but enjoyed a late evening in the pub with drinks and live music. Definitely had the Irish atmosphere, most enjoyable, and there's different music each night. Quite a good beverage menu with a lot of unique specialty drinks -- I had a Red... More

While staying at the Pollard we stopped in for a beer after 8 hours on bikes and enjoyed good service as well as recommendations for dinner other than the hotel as there are many, many good places to eat in town. We were the only patrons in the pub at the time and planned to drop in again, but did... More

They have pub type food. They had one girl that was hostess, bar tender, and waitress--but she did ok. It was a Wed. night around closing and not very crowded. I had the crab cakes and fish and chips. Wife had the portabello mushroom sandwich. We had the peach crumble for desert that came with whiskey butter and jalapeno jelly. We enjoyed... More

We chose The Pub because it was one of the few places open on Monday night! The posted menu seemed a little pricy, but the food and atmosphere were well worth the small extra pricing. The chicken and wild rice soup was superb and the salad greens, topped with beets and glazed walnuts, was excellent.
