A real cowboy feel

The looks of the bar tells you something about the history then the lanky cowboy bartender lets you know you are in an old bar. Really a cool place.

Fun Bar, Reasonable Prices, Hilarious Owner, Variety of Ages and types of customers make it interesting. Didn't try the bar food but burgers looked appealing--better than typical bar fare.

Cold beer and a friendly bar-tender made this memory-lane stop worth while. It was a quick stop for just a beer and gawking. However, it was nice to see how little it had changed. Do stop in if you are in Red Lodge. It still feels local!

The bartender, Jeremiah, was great and helped point us in the right direction for some local flavor (great Mexican place for lunch the next day). You have to get the snag burger - best I've had in I can't remember how long. Crazy bacon and a huge patty cooked just perfect. Go see Jeremiah and order one - and a... More

Lot's and Lot's of people in there during this week, feeling a little crowded, we slipped 'out back' - open air, nice people, great service! - ya got to do something about... More

Great Historic Bar. Music was a little on the load side for my preference. Bartender was very polite and efficient. Love the tile ceilings and back bar

I have tried various restaurants in Montana, and The Snag Bar, in downtown Red Lodge, Montana has THE BEST Hamburgers + other items on their Wonderful Menu. Honestly, if you are in Red Lodge....go to the Snag Bar!!! Unbelievably great hamburgers!!! From a "Hamburger Snob"....lol Cassie J Watters

They were really busy the day we were there - it's an okay place but nothing to brag about. The service was pretty bad but then that might have been because they were packed. Packed or not I still think customers deserve top notch service.
