Blue Reuben Beer

Great food and beer. Enough said. Not 100 characters yet. Reuben, Ranch hand sandwich, all the beers are good.

Three of us grabbed lunch here one weekday--veggie, chicken, and tuna. One of us had beer and it's great that they serve a small size. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was great--as is typical of Red Lodge. I'd love to go another time and have a couple of brews and people watch.

Red Lodge Ales produces some top-notch beers, and the walls are covered with awards from beer festivals around the country. What Sam's Tap Room provides is a great place to enjoy those beers. Most of their beers are based on classic German or UK styles (porter, Scottish ale, dopplebock, hefeweizen...), and they offer samplers for those who want to try... More

We sat outside, the beer was very good, they have lots of choices. They don't have burgers but good sandwiches. A fun stop.

One of the reasons we stopped in Red Lodge for the night was to enjoy some of Red Lodge Ales' brews. We're craft beer lovers and liked what we had last year so much we bought a growler of doppelbock last summer, iced it down, and took it back to Chicago with us. We returned, empty growler in hand, hoping... More

Stopped in for a beer before dinner. Great bartender who offered samples of the various beers on tap. Once we decided on the Reserve Ale it was nice to have the choice of a full pour (16oz) or a short pour (10oz). Service was top notch.

We arrived in Red Lodge two days ago after the awesome and harrowing drive on the Beartooth Highway. My husband needed a drink! And I needed lunch. We had a great lunch. My husband enjoyed the craft beer. We missed the BBQ because this was a late lunch. They were already smoking tomorrow's meat and it smelled great. We were... More

Really enjoy this fine establishment. When ever my friends and I come to Red Lodge Sams Tap room is the first stop and the last. Friendly kind helpful knowledgable staff. Great people to be around . The food is so good. I highly recommend the skinny dip and a easy Sippa. Family friendly. It's worth the stop.

Anyone who has given Sam's Tap Room less than "Very Good" either doesn't like beer or drank too much of the delicious beer on tap. That's a fact. This local brewery offers a delightful assortment of microbrews and food. When the weather is nice, there is a great open patio and yard which is fenced in if you decide to... More
