Description: Chef-owned and operated, Pearl Cafe is an aptly named jewel of a restaurant...
Chef-owned and operated, Pearl Cafe is an aptly named jewel of a restaurant serving regional cuisine with a country French accent. The massive beams and peach toned bricks of the historic warehouse provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. Specialties include bison with huckleberry-zinfandel sauce, duckling with dried cherries and pomegranate sauce and beef tenderloin with port and Roquefort. Fresh fish dishes change daily and local products are used whenever possible. The menu is rounded out with a variety of appetizers, soups and salads, house made bread and a list of sinfully delicious desserts. The restaurant serves wine and beer, with a list of 15 wines by the glass, local draft beer, a broad selection of half bottles and over 100 full bottles.

The Pearl is our favorite anniversary dinner spot. The food is outstanding, ambience elegant but not fussy, and the service is top notch. The staff is committed to creating an enjoyable evening for you. On the rare occasion when someting wasn't quite right, staff went out of their way to quickly make it right. If available, the elk osso buco... More

This was our first time and it was wonderful! Ryan was our server. He was attentive and knowledgeable. The appetizer crabcakes were perfectly prepared and seasoned. I had the Peppercorn Filet. It melted in my mouth and that sauce! Wow..incredible. We finished with desert and coffee. Dont miss this course! All were lovely. I had the baked alaska..complex and decadent.... More

We made reservations for New Year's Eve and were so pleased with the ambiance, the service, and the menu selections, but especially the food. Everything we ordered was well prepared and delicious. It isn't a cheap meal, but it's worth every penny. A must try. You may become big fans as we did.

We were directed to a restaurant downtown on our hotel's recommendation. When we arrived at the bar/pub style restaurant we were ignored and we were not impressed by the menu or the atmosphere so we left. We checked TA for recommendations and found Pearl Cafe close by. We were not disappointed. Based on my experience in Missoula I would say... More

Definitely a couples night out instead of a family dinner place with young kids. The atmosphere is subdued and cozy. The menu selections are eclectic and not the chicken finger and french fry crowd. We love to visit the Pearl on special occasions, the food is always changing and the wine selection is top notch.

First I went here was 6 years ago with in-laws and got desert. I really like rich atmosphere and many decorations. I don't remember the taste at all. Second, Me and my husband came here for date. We don't eat meat so much so we order seafood. I remember they both so bad and can't remember why so bad but... More

It was a good meal, but didn't 100% blow me away. The service is great, and their desserts are good though! I would say most of the food is really great, but it should all be amazing.
