leaves a bit to be desired. Maybe students don't care, but as the parent of a student who dragged me here, I'd like to sit on chair that didn't have half the stuffing coming out of it. That said, the Cascade Scramble was excellent. Feta cheese and black olives made it an original! My son seemed to devour his huge... More

The portions at FFT are very large, great for sharing, and the breakfasts are delicious. The banana bread french toast is great, and the omelets are fluffy and absolutely wonderful. Perhaps the best part is the potatoes served with them, which have great spices and are crispy and delicious, just the way potatoes should be. The atmosphere is fun and... More

Yes, the tables and chairs don't match, the carpet has been there for a couple of decades and it's cold in the winter. But if you are looking for decent food, with a bit of variety, next to campus, this the place to go. If you are looking for a more upscale, twee experience walk a few blocks to the... More

This restaurant is located across from the University of Montana in what looks like was a residence at one time. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is very good. I have eaten breakfast and lunch here. They carry a wide selection of food to choose from. The menu wraps around the wall on chalk boards.... More

This restaurant used to be a great place to eat. The food was interesting and good enough, with ample qualities, that one could overlook the filthy carpet, the worn out chair seats and the sparse heating system inadequate for the winter climate of Montana. Unfortunately, the glow of the food has pretty much faded. My last meal there should have... More

Great college hangout. Good prices and portions. Try the Santa Fe omelet, you wont be disappointed. Good service and great staff.

I highly recommend the "taters". I order them with cheese on them. Omelets, sweet stuff, granola/yogurt, coffee. All are great. They have a great vegan/vegetarian menu also.

A local college institution. Food is appropriate for the neighborhood. Parking can be problematic, but have always found a spot. Worth a visit.

Although I have frequented FFT regularly in the past, the food quality has definitely taken a nosedive. I ordered a basic breakfast to go--basted eggs, potatoes, toast--and it was a disaster. The eggs were slightly overcooked, the potatoes were cold, mushy and black (most likely leftovers from the previous day), and the toast was burned. How could they have let... More

This place needs to be remodeled and cleaned! The kitchen looks awful, they need Restaurant Impossible to do a makeover!
